The pharmacist in charge of the prescription medicines always greets me very cordially and I really like that, also Ms. Aida Davis who is bilingual and helps those of us who don't speak English a lot... Super grateful...

Publix doesn't try to force me to speak to a ROBOT! They try the IVR (Interactive voice response ) first, of course, but when you get tired of the automated effort at trying to shove useless information down we don't need down our collective throats...they give me the pleasure of opting out by hitting ZERO and getting an actual human being. This is why you will continually lose business CVS AND WALGREENS!!!! CVS just transfers you to another robot IVR which says, "I need more information before I can transfer you to a human"...well guess what? In a market with options, your literal importance to me is less than zero. And not for nothing, but you advertise products online that you don't carry in the store so every feature from visiting the store front to the phone to online is just a colossal waste of time. You want to stay in business? Then, do better.

CVS pharmacy is a terrible place to fill prescriptions. We needed an antibiotic for an infection, it was out of stock. instead of helping us find a solution , they put it off until next week. They don’t actually care about your health, just your money.

Purchase a Vanilla Gift card which was a scammed gift card. When I spoke to the manager Jack showed him the receipt and told him that the card had a balance of .1cent on top of that the last 8 digits unreadable and missing security code was blank. He was very unprofessional and rude telling me they are a third party and that they can not unsealed the other cards in stock and there’s nothing he could do. I told him not to be less than smart that he should take all the vanilla gift card off the rack. Unbelievably a multi million dollar company do not purchase gift cards from CVS. They do not hold themselves accountable at all. They continue selling these gift cards knowing it an issue. Not great customer service. So embarrassed that I gave a scammed gift card as a gift. I’m so inconvenience put out of my way. A multi million dollar company that CVS is not happy with how they responded.

I'm surprised this location is still striving, the service isn't as good as it was a few years ago. Staff isn't much helpful and the manager is always grumpy and doesn't do well with speaking to people. I've seen on 2 different occasions how he just seems bothered to be there. Today was nothing new but I did purchase an item that was outdated. I don't have time to go back and fuss over a refund but anyone should know check the dates before you purchase from this location.

I like this CVS . The people working here are well trained, pleasant, and helpful. At the pharmacy as well as the check out up front, I've never had a bad experience. Sure prices are high, but that's to be expected.

Unfortunately I cannot continue to use them as my primary pharmacy. If I don’t call them to ask for my prescriptions, they won’t go into the system themselves and see what’s been siting in their system for 4 days now. Switching to Publix.

I like this CVS because it is nicely organized and the front staff are friendly. I printed a few pictures here today and the coloring turned out nice. I do think their prices are overpriced compared to other stores. However, it is convenient to shop here because I am at The Fresh Market often. So I can just walk between the two.without even moving my car.I like the pharmacy here. The pharmacists are caring. And they have so many different items to choose from. They used to be a 24 hour store but that is no longer. Lots of parking here.

I was trying to purchase a few items using the self checkout and the barcode wasn’t working. The employee working “Rosario” saw me struggling and I ended up walking to swap out the product 3 times to try and scan the barcode. Another person would have just tossed the item in the bag but I asked her for help. She walked over and tried scanning it as well…. After that instead of helping me finish my purchase she helped another lady that had like 60 coupons and 32 gift cards. The employee didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. After standing there for more than 6 minutes I ended up leaving without anything that I needed. I bothers me is the waste of time because I have patients I need to attend to and meetings with doctors and I can’t stand around and wait for someone who has 0 regard for what’s correct and respectful.

I’ve shopped here frequently over the years & have always been treated kindly by staff. Checkout is super easy (they offer self-checkout) & never had a pharmacy issue (not like at Walgreens). Prior, I really enjoyed shopping CVS at Sheridan & Palm, the manager Tim there actually KNEW his customers by name. (Sad that Palm closed…). Anyway, I get these silly holiday headbands here every year to wear because they make people smile! The teenagers like them & the funny holiday motif eyeglasses, too. Life’s too short to be a Grinch! (Grinches are lonely…). Pick up a headband & a smile! And maybe some holiday candies & cards as well. CVS on Flamingo has a good selection. ? (Side note: Covid tested here last year for a cruise & it was painless.)

Worst experience getting a Covid test. Made an appointment online and submitted all required information. After waiting 15 minutes in line, found out that the paperwork for the test wasn't done by the pharmacy. Had to move to another lane. Another 20 minutes go by, someone finally asks for the confirmation number. 15 minutes later the collection vial is finally sent. The staff didn't care to help us with instructions at all. I assumed that I just had to send the sample the way the collection bag came in. The lady at the window shouts that she was going to send the sample back, so I would have to get out of my car and walk across the drive thru lane, to deposit the sample in the collection box that seats by the window. What is even the point of making an appointment? Staff lacks empathy, training and customer service skills. I normally avoid CVS at all costs due to experiences like this...Today was an exception that I deeply regret.

They treat the customers like garbage at this CVS pharmacy. I can't understand how people can be so rude to customers trying to get there medication. Every other CVS has been great but this one particularly is the worst customer service I've ever had.

This store is a shadow of its former self. It used to be well stocked with friendly employees. A lot of management changes and good employees that have left recently. This corner store has become a magnet for shady characters loitering around entrance. There are no male employees within store to help you if a crime should occur, you are on your own.

So glad that I started having my prescriptions filled here. It was a nightmare to have my prescriptions filled at Wallgreens. They just have NO rush to take care of customers in a timely manner. CVS is truly a breath of FRESH air. Kind / professional staff.
