so CVS just decided to call MY DOCTOR, without my permission or notifying me at all and order a medication which is generic instead of what I take, and not the same strength as what I'm taking now. They now text me and say it is "ready for pickup"! what moron at this store location thought this was a good idea. Lucky I'm not old or a little senile and trust them like I should be able to, as I would be taking something that might be harmful. Morons, complete morons

I needed some passport-type photos and Clarisa helped me, who demonstrated knowledge of the subject, in addition to assisting me in a cordial and polite manner. I congratulate CVS for such a good employee.

I can’t speak on the pharmacy department, but I’ve always had a good experience on finding certain items. The atmosphere is welcoming, pleasant, clean and cozy. There are some warm and friendly employees I’ve encountered. And all that means a lot in these turbulent times. Thank you.

Every month I get an excuse why my daughter's medicine is not ready. The staff is just too lazy to do Ipledge system. I always have to go back and forth till its ready. Lazy staff.....

I want to take a moment to compliment Clarrissa who works at the cash register and was the first person to ever demonstrate respect for my time. When we had to take back a medication because it was liquidity instead of a cream she apologized for the inconvenience because she understood that we don't have extra time to drive around an hour to return a faulty medicine. it was nice to see a South Florida person acknowledge what people go through when these types of issues occur. Too often in the medical world doctors pharmacists Etc act like they're God's delivering service rather than people who have to uphold a basic standard of mutual respect as does everyone else. So I'm very thankful that people like Clarissa still exist in the world.

Be very careful going to that pharmacy The worst customer service I ever received from a young Men at the register very mean and disrespectful no only with me also with the staff member . He charge my husband for medication UNDER THE WRONG chart of the patient and when I went back to tell him that I call the insurance and that he never run the prescription under my insurance is just said I remember your case we was about to close and we told him the they don't paid for liquid that they pay for pill ...So I told him you telling me the yesterday when I call Care Mark The lie To me ....and I guess he realize something was wrong but he did not apologize and continue in a very disrespectful manner ,he said that girl is 14 years old and we not able to change prescription ... I reply back what are you talking about she is only 8 and that moment I handle both receive to Him he realize it Was The Wrong Patient chart instead apologizing he continue with an actitud with me and ask me give me the real date of birth of the her .... Still acting that it was our mistake and instead apologize turning things upside down .... So sad for the other employees they are doing a good Job and one person is putting the entire group in a bad position not only that also the Name of CVS Pharmacy a very Professional place with a Bad reputation. This a learning process... I should always read the reviews and not put my self and this uncomfortable position .I learn that Reviews are really helpful .Even I did not put that person name I hope his manager take care of this types of situation and prevent other to go what I went thru yesterday .

the pharmacy at this CVS is horrible, they are rude and unfriendly, in particular DANY. My medicine order was wrong and this person tells me grumpily that now he is going to have to throw away the wrong medicine (as if it were my fault) he goes to the trouble of printing out my doctor's order just to show me that he was not wrong, to then tell me that I was right. always with a nasty attitude. People like this should not work with the public!

I received a message today where they toll me that I have to pick up the treatment for my babie when I picked up they didn’t have all medication ready and they told me you have to come back tomorrow for the other one so… my babie have yo wait one day for his medication because they can do good their job????? They play with the health ???? And the ladie on the drive thru told me the last Saturday that my medicine will be ready for pick up on Monday and today when I pick up they told me I am sorry you don’t have refill ??? So what they are doing? Why they didn’t contact my doctor if they know that I need this medication and I don’t have more in my house and is urgent???? The principal pharmacist never gave me the face and the guys had disgusting actitud

They open late. Suppose to open at 8am but usually open at 8:30-9. You always see the pharmacy staff and employees waiting outside for whoever is suppose to come and open up.
