Sadly, an online offer was not honored at checkout, and after an employee agreed to make it right after investigating ang agreeing the discount shout work, Dick's refused to honor a $25 discount on a $200 order. Really?
Rather........really bad!
What comes to mind - bait & switch? Isn't that illegal, perhaps?
$25 - just sayin'?

Bought a new bike for my son, it needed to be built so we paid for it and waited for the call. About 5 days later I called to check on it and of course it was ready. Took it home and road it around for just a minute as we were driving him back to school at UCF. Two days later he was riding it to class and the handle bars fell right off!

Bought a squeeze bottle on a gift card. Item was damaged so I went to return it. I didn't have receipt. Since I've never been to the store before, they did not have my phone # which they asked to look up the receipt. I never gave a phone # since gave gift card. They would not return it. I asked if they would return anyway since I still had tag on it. He looked it up and said I would only get $4 for a $20 purchase that I got 5 days ago. Really...$4?????? How in 5 days it went to $4 with no sale on the item. They told me to call customer service which I did while I was at the store. Customer service told me it would take up to 3 weeks just to find my receipt. I turned around and left the store. They make you go through hoops just to return an item and try to low ball the item when you don't have a receipt. Even Walmart is better with returning items than Dick's. I am selling the rest of my gift cards and will not be going back. Bunch of rip offs and their product isn't of good quality yet they charge an arm and a leg. No thanks!!!

Shout out to the DSG! Will, Barbara, Steph the new manager Amanda were extremely helpful. We went in for an exchange to DSG at sawgrass and left because the staff was so rude and didn't try to help us at all. We went into Pines and immediately were greeted by a manager, and as we were shopping, at least 2 other employees asked if we needed help. All the employees had a smile on their face and very kind. I can say this store has exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Amazing Experience today at Dicks over at Pembroke. Tony went above and beyond for getting me a pair of shoes that weren’t even in stock online. He spent about 8 minutes in the back looking for the pair of cleats. Came in clutch.

Be careful with the price tags, they are adding different prices to the stands but when you go to the cashier they will charge you another prices. Also the managers treat the clients with no respect or with any care. They don’t like to be told that they made a mistake and also they don’t want to help. Be careful with the manager Imani, she is so disrespectful and deceive the clients, be careful when she helps you at the cashier, she will yell at you if something is wrong on their side. So disappointed with this store and their managers. Hopefully DSG start hiring people that care for the clients and has commitment to work with them on good resolutions.

No wonder retail stores are going under to Amazon and other online retailers. Go into the store for assistance from a person only to have to use a tablet for my request and then wait 20 minutes without a single person acknowledging my presence. Then once stopping a person being an inconvenience for them to do their job.
Definitely not worth the drive, wasted time for items they then can't find, though we handed them the exact item needed just needed a box.

Team member Andrea.. extremely rude.
Shopped here before Christmas, picked up all my items and during checkout I asked if they had first responder discount, the cashier said yes and applied it to my order after showing proff via government ID. Was very satisfied and decided I would return to shop here in the future.
Today, pick up all my items and during checkout, I asked team member Andrea if she could apply the first responder discount, Andrea tells me they only have Military Discount. I advise her they applied it on a previous visit, Andrea responded very rudely and abruptly “not in this store” implying that I was lying. I told her the cashier had applied it and again she insisted “not in this store” she proceeded to have a conversation with the cashier next to her which was extremely rude considering we were just having a conversation about the discount.
Word of advice to Andrea. Don’t be so quick to dismiss others, you may be correct that your store does not offer this discount, however one of your colleagues applied it leading me to believe otherwise.
Will not be returning to this location, please put Andrea through customer service training immediately. Hope she’s not a manager as she leads a poor example for her team.

Be cautious at checkout!
I recently visited this store and had an issue with the checkout process. The cashier offered me a coupon for a discount, which sounded great at first. However, I later realized that they added a warranty charge that was completely unnecessary and negated any savings from the coupon. The warranty seemed meaningless and wasn’t something I asked for or needed.
I recommend double-checking your receipt and asking questions about any extra charges before finalizing your purchase. It’s disappointing to have this kind of experience, especially when shopping somewhere you trust. I hope management looks into this practice and ensures customers are informed about all charges upfront.

The worse service ever. Went in looking for a pair of sneakers for the wife. The employee scans the shoe and walks away to help other customers. Finally come back and hands me 1 shoes. He said the other one should be on the display table. I look around and could not find it. I asked the employee again and he said if you can’t find it then it’s gone. I spoke to a manger and his response was it Christmas time everything is crazy. He didn’t even offer to help me. Never going back ever again.

Got a Dicks gift card from my wife. Visited the store and after a long line finally at the cash register, the cashier had a typical entitled attitude, told me, that they do not accept anymore their own gift cards. I had to ask for a manager and finally was accepted. Told her to work on her customer service skill a little harder. That's the reason I rather buy online. No hassle. Not worth the aggravation.

Review for Dick’s Sporting Goods:
I had a terrible experience with an online order pickup at Dick’s Sporting Goods. I placed my order online expecting a quick and smooth process, but instead, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get to the register. Once there, the cashier informed me she couldn’t assist with online orders and redirected me to another register. When I asked for a manager they told me that they couldn’t get one because they were all on the floor.
At the second register, the associate struggled to locate my order, adding another 15 minutes of waiting. The entire experience was disorganized and frustrating. What’s the point of ordering online if the pickup process is this inefficient? Horrible service overall.
