Dillard's is my go-to store and truly the last real department store. As a middle-aged man, I appreciate having a place where I can find proper-fitting clothes without the hassle. Their staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and makes the shopping experience effortless. ASK FOR ENOCH SAMPSON for that perfect fit for gentlemen!
I’m a big fan of brands like Daniel Cremieux and Polo for myself—they’re stylish, timeless, and fit perfectly. For my wife, I love the "What Goes Around Comes Around" section for Louis Vuitton bags; it’s such a unique and thoughtful addition to their offerings.
Dillard's has everything you need under one roof, and they’ve mastered the balance of quality, service, and style. Highly recommend!

There are many different types of clothing...and when I have to go to DILLARD'S I go to this one because that store no longer exists in the city of Miami.

I was here yesterday 1/26/25 looking for a dress for my wedding rehersal. I would’ve left a 5 star review due to Cheyenne and the other young girl helping me, my mom and aunt in the juniors department they were amazing and I truly appreciate those two for making my shopping experience special and helping me every step of the way by showing me other dress options, zipping up/lacing up my dress and they’re great attitudes/personalities made it a lot of fun and felt like they were one of my friends. But I took off 2 stars due to the fact that after walking around between the juniors and women section the older women (I think her name was fortune) working the women’s section was trying to “steal” our sale from the ladies helping us from the junior area apparently.She was VERY aggressive, made the experience unenjoyable rather than memorable for such a special day my family and I were going to be celebrating. She just didn’t seem genuine and felt like I was getting swarmed by someone at a car dealership and didn’t expect that experience at a department store. She did not help us at all other than unlocking a fitting room which I was forced to ask for her help since they were locked. Since I had the more pleasant experience on the junior side and was being well taken care of over there and actually felt my voice was heard and was not looked at as a dollar sign for someone commission check, I had taken the two dresses my mom and I had chosen to check out at the juniors side AND this women fortune had the audacity to walk up to us as we were actively checking out to ask us to check out on her side and asked why we didn’t and was not self aware of her rude/pushy attitude and didn’t get the hint. As someone who worked in customer service your main goal should be to make sure the customer has a pleasant/fun experience and help them achieve their goal to find an outfit they feel amazing in NOT just getting your commission check.

Customer service has NO ONE here and yet doesn't want to help me return a package! How disappointing. :( every excuse in the world: take it to the department, do you have an email order number.... I gave it to her IN THE BOX, IN THE PLASTIC, TAGS STILL ON, CREDIT CARD NUMBER. AVAILABLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME THAT IT WAS NOT QUALIFIED AS A CHRISTMAS PURCHASE BECAUSE IT WAS PURCHASED AT THE END OF OCTOBER FOR A DECEMBER GIFT. THEY WILL NOT ONLY NOT RETURN THE ITEM FOR ANY REASON THIS IS AFTER I HAD TO CONVINCE PEOPLE TO HELP ME WHEN THERE'S NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE AT THE TIME OF OPENING. I'M ABSOLUTELY TURNED OFF AND I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT NOT TO SHOP IN THE STORE IN THE FUTURE. IF YOU ARE A SUPERVISOR OF THE MANAGERS IN THIS STORE YOU MAY CONTACT ME. THANK YOU, AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Dillard's is a wonderful place to shop for everything! But this Dillard's in the Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines Florida is very special. This Dillard's features two completely separate buildings across from each other inside the mall featuring one exclusively for women, and the other just for men and boys. The individual service that this Dillard's provides is truly exemplary and clearly distincts itself from other Dillard's locations. Absolutely first-class shopping in every possible way and you will go bonkers in the ladies shoe department. Best selection anywhere!

I placed an online order on December 28th which supposedly arrived today but it didn’t. Non-existent customer service. First and LAST time purchasing anything from Dillard’s. I am reporting you Beter Business Bureau for FRAUD.
