don't buy anything here at all if you actually read the back of receipts like I did, because even that won't be enough for them to not honor their own vague return policy, they will refuse your brand new and recent return no matter what and won't offer any kind of credit or exchange, not even the slightest bit of customer service at this very locationThe manager and employee at the baby section (and just this dillards in general) are not customer friendly at all, I came to return brand new baby clothing to exchange for a bigger size and was refused a return even with the tags provided. Their policy says very vaguely that items have to be "in original condition", and they were, with tags provided. But according to this manager and her employee, the tags not being attached is an automatic refusal. The clothes are still in original condition and I explained this and even provided the tags, employee and her manager outright refused to even offer me a credit, an exchange, nothing for this misleading policy. I shop in dozens of stores and this is the first time I'm told that brand new clothing can't be returned even with the tags in the bag. I can understand luggages, but baby clothes? Really? With no mention of this in the policy?you're screwed if you wanted to wrap christmas gifts without the ugly tags attached to them, especially when the manager here doesn't want to help you at all. I will be returning them at a different location and refuse to do business here again

I always found very nice night gowns and many times they are in sale with a very good discount. But the most important is the quality of the clothes they sale. I which they have more often discount in all the stuff

I like to shop here for shoes and dresses especially at the end of the season to stock up for when I need a dress for an unexpected event. Sometimes I luck out and find multiple items and other times nothing but it is always worth a look. It is close and a convenient location and usually has a nice selection. I can also spend some time perusing the store before a movie which is nice.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at Dillards. I understand that employees have closing duties to attend to, but the level of rudeness and annoyance displayed by the staff was completely unwarranted.I always park my car outside of Dillards, do my shopping in the store and the mall and then leave. Today was no different except for I finished a transaction at the store at exactly 8 pm which is the store closing time. My son (3 years old) immediately tells me he needs to go to the restroom.While I appreciate that everyone wants to finish their work on time, it’s important to remember that customers are the reason the store exists in the first place. I didn’t expect red-carpet treatment, but basic courtesy and respect should be maintained until the last customer leaves.My frustration started when I asked if restroom was still open and I immediately got faces and a person tells they were already closed to hurry up. I get out of the restroom not even 5 min later and all the doors were closed. Everyone give me the faces. I had an exchange with the security person and he said I should have listened and got out of the store in time. I never get upset at these things but i feel like all of them deserve a life lesson and treat the customers better. Why should I go to this place again and put my son through all the running around and uncomfortable situation.I hope Dillards takes this feedback seriously and reminds its employees about the importance of customer service, even during closing hours. It’s crucial to strike a balance between closing duties and treating customers with respect and courtesy.All good when you are spending your money but they dont care you have a situation.People do better - customers are human

Customer Service at Dillards is top notch, when you go to Macys and some department stores the workers there don’t even try to help. I shop here at least twice a month and I am never disappointed. Yes prices are high but I would rather pay more and get the excellent customer service!

I am writing a review because this employee at dillards in Naples was very helpful and she deserves recognition! Enza at the dillards in Naples is outstanding! She helped my sister and I find some Really nice outfits! We got some really good deals and left very satisfied. I hope dillards recognizes her! Not many hard workers like her out there! She smiles and is very pleasant! Doesn't seem Bothered at all!
