I came in yesterday for cupcakes. It was my first time in this place. Chorae was extremely polite and had great product knowledge. She helped me find the best choice for my budget. I really appreciate her for taking her time to explain and made sure I understood.

In person customer service was super helpful and nice. Strawberries were sweet and just a great experience. We shall return to this location for sure.

Only because zero isn't an option. My husband ordered a fruit bouquet for his mom for mother's day(weeks ago) to be delivered Friday before . Let's start by saying no one ever answers the phone or returns calls at this location(left 3 messages) and doesn't update the tracking. She received her gift at 9pm on the dot which is the last possible minute to deliver sat home all day waiting and then the delivery wasn't even right. No balloon (paid extra for one) no card either. Fruit looked like it had been sitting all day. Very unpleasant experience and very disappointed that all day No one could answer the phone or return a call called the 1800 number listed in above in comments and get placed on another hold then disconnected. Just want a refund for this horrible experience.

This place is absolutely terrible. I placed 2 orders for Mother’s Day and both were a platter each were SUPPOSED to come with 3 balloons. I paid extra for them. My husband went to pick up my order and came home with one platter with ONE balloon and the other with TWO balloons. Two balloons is not even an option to purchase. I’ve been trying to call them back for the last hour and no one answers the phone. This place is a joke. They can’t even handle a simple order.

So disappointed!!!! I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable!!Every year my uncle sends us a huge bouquet of fruits snd truthfully they’re usually amazing.This year however they came with mold and rotten fruits. We had a Passover dinner of over 60 people so yea that was embarrassing!The reason why I’m so upset is because when I called to explain the situation to the worker at this location she wasn’t even willing to hear me out and started yelling at me didn’t want to help me in no way and this is horrible customer service. Gave me every excuse as to my it’s my fault. It was picked up we’re not responsible how you got it. You didn’t put it in the fridge or the driver in 10 mins made it go bad …..so disappointed from edible Arrangements.I would had appreciated she had said sorry it happens let me send you another one, anything I wasn’t even asking for a refund and I’m sure you know how expensive these bouquets are so for $200 I’ll make sure my family knows to take there money else where with better service at the end of the day.

Horrible service, staff is rude! Take your business elsewhere where they appreciate their customers!!! Fruit came rotten and mold it happenes so send a new one or store credit choose how to run a proper business and you wouldn't have soo many negative reviews. Such a shame !!!

Worse service ever. We scheduled delivery for my niece's birthday on a Friday and specifically mentioned they needed to contact the recipient before trying to deliver because she lives in a gated community. They came twice to deliver it and never called beforehand. She wasnt home when they came. They refused to try to deliver a 3rd time after she called to tell them when they could deliver it, and forced her to come and pick it up about 10 miles from her home. They claimed that I didn't specify any delivery instructions. They lied. This is the 3rd time I've used edible arrangements, and it was fine before. Both times were in a different location so maybe it's specific to this one or just bad employees now.UPDATE: I tried to call and had to wait then got disconnected. So much for trying to earn back my trust and confidence.

I been order here for like 3 times or more and they always do the same thing they send you an email saying that the order was delivered when it was not and then 3 hours later they show up with the order all messed up the balloons where deflated the strawberries half where without nothing and then some with chocolate those where the ones that where rotten and tastes bad they think with the hard chocolate is gonna hide the rotten on the strawberries but no and the pineapple heart where old and dry so i spend so much money on this gifts for my husband and they always do the same thing their fruits are always rotten always they do this to me not 1 or 2 times with this one is the charm no more for me i will not order more fromThis store and i will tell everyone that this place sells food in bad condition you spect so much but they always take advantage of your trust this goes to yelp to
