Not helpful at all, i made a reservation there it’s when I reach there to get the vehicle that’s when they told me they don’t have the car at this time. Never again, no apologies nothing I was disappointed.

No but . But not the best . after one week they charge me $50 bucks in tolls. ( $5 in tolls & $45 administration fees )

There is a reason why this location has 2 stars, it is by far the worst. I had a reservation for a car and they gave me a dirty car with no gas. The sales rep I was working with was either on her last day, or was there for a long, long time. I say this because she didn't care a bit. The car I got had dents, scratches, and hits all over it. It was allegedly the only car they had. Who gives a car with no gas? If it's not store policy, it should be human decency. Now, I have to fill the car up and you guys get to keep the extra gas? Never go to this place! It's rand down to the ground and judging by the reviews, they do not care.

This is the only center that I will rent from - I rent periodically for work, and the fact that I do not have to wait long to get waited on, the staff is exceptional - Always welcoming and willing to assist. Excellent customer service

YOU RESERVE DAYS IN ADVANCE AND THEY HAVE NO CARS!!! When I get there, I asked Zachary Skinner (branch manager) how long would I have to wait said it could be 5 minutes or 5 hours and he couldn’t care less. Never made an effort to at least call another branch. Don’t bother calling customer service, they are all in India. Called 3 times to talk to a supervisor and no one called me. Worst rental car experience I have ever had. NEVER GO HERE!!After my review I have an imaginary person telling me she's gonna help me now. I called 3 times to talk to a supervisor and NOONE has ever called me. This company does not want your business. Stay away, far away!

I had the worst experience with enterprise and north Pembroke pines 175.08 pines boulevard Pembroke pines Florida war service but then I was sent to the next one pines boulevard and University. It's a small.Enterprise but they have great service. I will rent with them again

Terrible customer service!! Stay away from that place.I made a reservation online for my Dad a month in advance for a supreme SUV (Yukon, Tahoe, Suburban,etc). I called 2 weeks later to confirm the reservation and was told they would have the vehicle. Furthermore, I went to the branch 2 days before pick up to add my name to the vehicle and was told a 2nd time that they would have an SUV. When my Dad went to go pick up the vehicle, they didn’t have the vehicle for him. When I asked why they didn’t tell me that there’s a possibility that they may not have an SUV, I was told it’s company policy NOT to disclose that information. To make matters even worse, the branch manager refused to take accountability for the incident. After arguing back and forth, I stated how disappointed I was with the service and needed some resolution to the problem because we were heading to Philadelphia that morning. He instead kicked my 73 yr old father out and refused him service. He blatantly said, “I will not continue with the reservation, go find a car somewhere else…just leave”. Do your self a favor and read the other reviews. Just terrible customer service.Never again Enterprise!!

Reserved a van in April for a trip in July.Went to pick up the van, and was told they gave my reserved van to someone else. I waited for 2 hours and was told to come back the next day and they will definitely have a vehicle for me at 8:00am. We came the next day as they advised, and they had NOTHING for us AGAIN! How disappointing! We were able to try our luck at another location. So thankful and grateful for Rich at the 17503B PINES BLVD location! He literally saved our trip!!

I reserved a vehicle from this location earlier this week. I came into this store today to pay and rent the car. I provided my driver's license, insurance card, and American Express card. I walked around the vehicle with the sales associate. I electronically signed and initialed for the car. I paid for the vehicle with my card. She gave me the keys. I drove off. Not 5 minutes later, I received two phone calls that went to my voicemail. The calls were from the store saying there was a problem with my payment. I immediately turned the car around and called the store from my cell phone to tell them I was coming back. As I drove back to the store, I called American Express because I feared they had denied the charge so just in case that was it, when I reached the store, I would ask them to re-run the card. When I got to the store, the manager said the payment did not go through. By this time I had the American Express agent on the phone telling me that the payment to Enterprise Rent-A-Car did go through and she told me the exact amount of $856.54 of the charge (see the attached picture). I had the American Express agent on the phone and showed the manager the charge on my American Express card and he continued to say he never received payment. I gave him back the keys to the rental and repeatedly asked him to refresh his system or call for assistance because clearly there was something wrong. He repeatedly told me there was no one to call for help because nothing was wrong with his system. He actually said there was probably something wrong with the American Expresses system. REALLY?!He then printed out a Payment History page with NOTHING ON IT. Not A SINGLE TRANSACTION. The only thing that was printed on this page was the top portion that showed the Enterprise name, the words "payment history" my name and the ticket number with NOTHING ELSE ON THE PAGE. I asked him "What is this?" and he said "This is what my computer shows". He did not give me a receipt a void and cancelation or anything. He gave me a customer service phone number and told me I could call them. I told him that I paid almost $900 to rent a car and asked him "How was I going to get my money back?" He said I could call customer service. He did not try to help. He did not try to resolve the issue. I was out almost $1,000, NO CAR RENTAL, received no help, or assistance, and was just told to call customer service. He then wrote "DO NOT RENT" on the bottom of the paper and he said He was barring me from ever renting from Enterprise Rent A-Car again and asked me to leave the premises. To which I replied "gladly" then he called me a Physco! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER ENTERPRISE TO RENT A CAR AGAIN. I attached the piece of paper he gave me. All of the writing on this paper, I asked him to write that the contract was canceled and voided because the American Express agent on the phone heard the entire discussion with Zachary and even she said "MS. VENTRANO SINCE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU, I WILL HELP YOU. IN A COUPLE OF DAYS WHEN THE TRANSACTION POSTS, YOU CAN DISPUTE THE CHARGE." I THANKED HER, WHILE CRYING PROFUSELY, AND ASKED HER TO NOTE WHAT HAPPENED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM AN ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR IF THIS IS HOW YOU HANDLE ISSUES. I DON'T KNOW IF HE WAS RACIST OR JUST PLAIN INCOMPETENT and CLUELESS, BUT IF THIS IS WHO THEY HIRE AND HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE IN SAD SAD SHAPE. BY THE WAY, I ENDED UP RENT A CAR FROM TURO AND I MUST SAY, NOT ONLY WAS IT OVER $200 TO $300 CHEAPER, BUT IT WAS ALSO SEEMLESS, SMOOTH AND THERE WERE NO HASSELES WHATSOEVER. FROM NOW ON, I WILL RENT USING TURO!

AWEFUL SERVICE!!! Do not go to this Enterprise location. The Branch Manager Zachary Skinner lied about the inventory of cars available and he was rude!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst rental car experience EVER! And I’m an Enterprise Plus Member!!! Stay away!!!

If at all possible DO NOT pick this location to pick up your rental. Unprofessional and nothing be LIARS. They tell you one thing and do another. Worse experience ever. I will let Geico know what type of customer service you receive from this location and hopefully, they pull everyone away from them.
