So I specifically sought out a doctor that actually cares to treat me to the quality that I desire. I have hormonal issues and my previous doctor basically disregarded the struggles I face due to it. My gynocologist suggested Dr. Geetu James for me to see as my new primary doctor and I can confidently say that she actually cares so much about listening to the struggles I’m going through and finding solutions that will benefit me. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk assistants! Karla Miranda is always on top of making sure my appointments go smoothly! 💕

Been coming to this location for a couple years. They accept most insurances. Karla was helpful in the front. The nurse has always been great 👍. This was my first time seeing Dr. G. James. She definitely took my health into consideration and gave me other treatment options. Overall, a great experience.

My dad has been a patient here for about 8 years, and today was the first time I really felt the difference in how the office is being managed. From the start, Zulay handled his referral questions with ease—she clearly knows her stuff. Karla at the front desk was so kind and upbeat, which is impressive considering how hectic that area can get in such a tight space.
I also met the new office manager, Melissa, and I have to say, she stood out immediately. She’s sharp, professional, and has a warm, genuine smile. My dad can be very combative at times, but she handled him with patience, respect, and care. Watching her in action made me feel like the office is in really good hands.
It’s refreshing to see these positive changes. I walked out today feeling reassured and grateful for the team.

Dr. James Joseph has been a big help. I rotated primary care a lot over the last year because of chronic issues and he has been the only person to truly act as a central point of care. The office also does allergy tests and shots for immune therapy and I'd recommend it to anyone even those who haven't had allergies in the past.
