My best experience at a FedEx in this area! Had to make a bunch of copies. Using a company discount. Using a company discount at a self service has become "a process". Thankfully the staff, including the manager, at this FedEx location was super helpful. I have to admit the staff here was much friendlier and engaged than the other two Fed Ex locations I usually frequent.

I had to ship a baby gift to California and decided to use FedEx over the post office. I wanted the gift to get there on time and felt FedEx was right for the job. They were out of one size box I wanted to use. I was surprised by this and an employee confirmed they did not have the box I needed. I found another appropriate size box. I stood in line quite a while to pay. I finally got to the front of the line and the employee took a personal call. I had to wait two minutes at the most. I was surprised at this and was annoyed. The employee then encouraged me to overnight the shipment. There was no need because I was in no rush to send the gift to arrive that quickly. I was already doing 2 day shipping. I say pack your patience when coming here.

Great and an outstanding service today! Jessy went above and beyond helping us, expediting our printing needs and took real ownership of the store like it's her own! I highly recommend this store great service, very satisfied, will come again!

This FedEx Print and Shipping Center is in West Pines near Palm Ave. This isn't my usual print shop but I got some Canva prints sent to this location. This FedEx location is a lot bigger than the ones I've been to. Usually, walking into these stores is confusing but I'm so thankful that the staff here was extra helpful. There are separate lines for printing and shipping. After a little confusion with the customers, the staff was helping everyone get to the right place and quickly assisting us with what we each needed done. I was in and out within 5 minutes with my prints, which were already ordered and paid for. The parking is super easy with a big lot in front.

I dropped off an envelope with next day service on Dec 2 and today Dec 7 I find out that fedex never picked up the envelope from the Walgreens facility. Not even the michacha from fedex knew what had happened. Negligence and disorganization ..... and it is all the fault of the covid when they should hand over their employees, unsentivate them and be more productive.(Original)Pesimo servicio y atencion. Deje un sobre con servicio next day el 2 de dic y hoy 7 de dic me entero que nunca fedex recogio el sobre de las instalaciones de Walgreens. Ni siquiera la michacha de fedex sabia que habia sucedido. Negligencia y desorganizacion..... y todo es culpa del covid cuando deberian de entregar a sus empleados, unsentivarlos y ser mas production.

Paid $80 for 1st delivery of the day at 10:30 am. Package did not get to destination till 8pm. The later time was offered as a option for half the price!!!!

This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is conveniently located on Pines Blvd close to Total Wine. I have always had good service when I come here. The other night Brandon helped me and the printing came out beautiful. I was able to get there before they closed and was finished in just a few minutes.

I'm a teacher at a local elementary school, so I am here every year around this time. I had a pretty large print job that I needed assistance with. The associate who helped me went above and beyond to assist and was just the kindest individual! Brandon D., you're doing a wonderful job and Fed Ex should give you a raise! Well done

Worst customer service ever. The Walgreens attendants make you wait for everyone in their cashiers lanes before you. Then make you wait some more because the scanner is next door knowingly from the beggining I was only dropping off...
