I came to this location on a Friday night about 45 minutes before closing, practically in tears after a terrible experience at the Office Depot across the street. The moment I walked into FedEx, Dria greeted me with a huge smile and was eager to help. I explained my situation, and she immediately said, “No problem, we’ll take care of you”—and she absolutely did!
The best part? She completed everything quickly and so gracefully. Dria truly saved the day and my bridal shower. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, efficiency, and amazing customer service.
If you need printing services done in Pembroke Pines, this is the place to go. Thank you again, Dria, for everything!

They closed at 8. I was at the door literally at 759. All my items were prepaid with labels on them already. The employee turned me away. Careless customer service from a corporate behemoth that could care less about this review.

Avoid this FedEx location! The customer service was terrible. The staff clearly didn’t want to assist and showed no interest in helping customers. They need better training and professionalism.

I’m not writing this email out Of anger, it’s more frustration. Today Sunday, I understand workers want to go home. I went to the FedEx office and got there at 5:58 PM. I had to purchase a box. The doors were already closed. I waited at the door because people were still in the store at 6:01 the manager opens the door to let people out. I asked him if I could please just come in and purchase a box he told me they’re already closed and he can’t go against store policy. I did tell him that the hours are posted a year stating you close at 6 PM and I was here a few minutes before closing. I understand. I got there at the last minute, But I wasn’t asking him to create a shipping label or even to package anything for me I just needed to purchase a box. If I could, he said he can’t go against our policy. I knew that was a lie because I saw someone at the register paying for whatever they were paying for at 60 one so clearly he could’ve done it. I just don’t like the lies. It’s unprofessional, Especially for a manager who supposed to look out for the best interest of the company. It’d be better if you actually said he didn’t feel like doing it then he can’t go against our policy especially when people were paying for it at 60 one now I have to go to Home Depot Which is probably better for me because I’m sure it’s cheaper. I also do not need anyone from the store sending me a response stating we apologize we ain’t for greatness because that’s just a generic response There’s a reason why your store only has two point something stars. If you do post a response to this with that generic apology, then we know that you’re not even reading the issue at hand. The more one to two star ratings you guys get the less people have anything nice to say about you and I’m sure the workers don’t care because it doesn’t affect the workers.

The employees are SO sweet!! And so willing to help in anyway they can. I truly appreciate that. I have had such horrible experiences at Office Depot. I will be going to fedex from now on.

Terrible customer service I sent my husband because I am sick,with my driver license , same last name, same address and the lady who works there refused to give my husband my package . No sensible at all to older people.

It's the slowest store ever. UPS is far superior. Won't ever pick FedEx a return location again. AND almost fell tripping on this hazard in their parking lot.
