I went in today 10/24 and tried to scan to envelopes that already had a shipping label on them. The scanner did not work. There was an employee (Ezekial) standing behind the counter putting boxes away. I waited patiently and then without asking me anything he said "just leave it on the counter". I replied, I cannot as I need a drop off receipt for my boss". He walks over and repeats what he just said. I then said "I'm sorry to bother you but I have to have a receipt for my boss" he said your "top sheet on your label is your receipt". I replied, I know but my boss said I have to have a drop off receipt for his client as this is important documents". He replied and I quote "then you are going to wait". He then went back and started stacking empty boxes, fiddling when them and looking over at me to see if I was still waiting. Made me wait about 5 minutes. Then came over and was super pissed. He was beyond rude and his entire demeanor was uncalled for. Sighing the entire time like I was bothering him. He then walks away and had to come back to give me my receipt. I don't understand why he was so upset. They were not busy, the scanner didn't work, not my fault. I was nothing but nice to him and I even apologized by saying I was sorry. I then checked my receipt when I got home and he charged me incorrectly. I selected standard over night and he charged me Priority Overnight. I have my label & I selected correctly. We are a business that uses Fed Ex for many shipping needs. I will now speak to my boss and use other methods as this treatment was not called for. I did nothing wrong. I was not rude, never raised my voice.

I brought some new designer items into the store. The employee who deal with the transaction:940376692003(she's in her late 20's or early 30's , black with acne and glasses. She package my items in the pembroke pines store. Then when the items were delivered i found out she stole my things and replaced with old shoes..Im out of the country but I want this person arrested and charged .When i get back to florida im coming there with the police!!Im getting to the bottom of this!Thanks,Earl Bernard

I want to take a moment to really express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for a PHENOMENAL experience with “RAYNE” at the Pembroke Pines 0670 store location. Unexpectedly my aunt passed away and as my family and I worked together to make an obituary, RAYNE kindly took the time to not only tend to our every need but compassionately made sure that our printing job was beautifully done. THIS, this experience is 100% what it means to represent a company in terms of customer service. Expressions of HEARTFELT kindness and compassion during a time of mourning is what makes for a brighter day. Please please acknowledge and reward this Sterling young lady for not only doing her job but also going above and beyond to uphold the standards of a company that truly prides itself on customer service/experience. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

Zeke is horrible, there are several bad reviews about him discriminating against the elderly. That’s a serious offense especially when you’re in a field of customer service. I’m surprised that he still works here. I’m sure many others have been victimized by Zeke but have not left a review.My 70 year old parents faced discrimination by Zeke. He was so rude to them, he wouldn’t even answer them when asked questions. That’s another level of low, it’s absolutely disgusting. Avoid this location if possible, and if you cannot then make sure you get assisted by anyone other than Zeke!!

Zeke was horrible!Rude and sarcastic not helpful and made me uncomfortable. You can tell these people can care less about customer service. And I think I was ripped off I had to pay 36 dollars to ship somthing out that wasn’t even a pound and it came in a FedEx envelope and he refused to let me have an envelope to ship it back he made be buy a box. This is the worst FedEx location I’ve ever been to the other ones around that area are way better.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Not only was my experience horrible but I will never be going here again. Arriving to the store I waited over five minutes to just be acknowledged while the store manager Lisa saw me standing there from the moment I entered. She was not busy with a customer, nor doing anything, but standing behind the counter, pretending to be busy. She did not even acknowledge me with a “Hi.” After waiting what seemed like forever a staff member Rayne came to help. She asked what I needed and I explained. I even explained the difficulty I had attempting to do this order online from my house, and was advised of all the fees that would be put into place for her to even assist me. She did not care as long as I paid the fees. I was frustrated and shocked that I would have to pay eight dollars for a resize that I could do myself. She advised me I could use the computer for a fee. She did not care that I had been trying to do it online, that I had difficulty using the website and getting the photo to upload on the website. She did not care that I had two kids, screaming and fighting as long as she got her money. But I refused and went to leave. I could see the manager laughing to the employee with another customer there as if it was funny. I’m shocked to see what people are allowed to be put in positions, when clearly they have no respect and have no understanding on how to communicate or to present themselves.

Service was competent & professional. Zeke was helpful in getting new packaging at checkout as the phone I was shipping was ringing in the box. ? They could use a third customer service rep for shipping to expedite the process, but, overall excellent. Plus, convenient location & always plenty of parking.

Wow! And not in a good way...if I could give 0 stars I would....most horrible customer service....I just paid more than $100 for a poster print out and they tried to make me take it with bent and dirty corners....when I asked to have it re-printed the staff insisted "that is how it is". I had to take responsibility for wrapping my own poster! Mark (if that is his real name) was particularly unpleasant. If able, go elsewhere! 7/31/2022

Totally bad service.. went to print a document and when sent it to the printer didn't work. This is the second time this happens to me because seems that the printers are not working properly.. asked an employee to get help and the lady was more pending to check if i paid or not for the service rather than to give me a solution.. walked out loosing my time and the money that i paid for the service that i never received. For sure not going here ever in my life.

Dmv workers are like Usain Bolt next to the front desk people here. You can have a family and see them grow old here, maybe have great grandchildren. You can get fossilized here, for sure

Stephenson was amazinggg! I thought that I was going to have to go to Home Depot to buy boxes for my 6 x 9 ft Wayfair carpet but he had the brilliant idea of putting two large boxes and then just sliding the carpet into the boxes. Saved me an additional unnecessary trip to Home Depot and it was cheap. Very nice and professional team there. I will definitely be going back!
