I was just there on 08/14/2025 at about 2 p.m. There was a girl on the heavyside with heavy makeup. One, she was rude to me and her co-worker. If she was training, she's a horrible trainer. If you're having a bad day, stay home! This was my first time seeing her there.
I'm sorry for the gentleman she was rude to in front of me, he looked embarrassed.

I go here almost every day to drop off packages for eBay sales. The staff here help me out with printing labels. The staff members are all friendly, efficient, and don't try to upcharge me on unneeded things like extra packaging, unnecessary insurance, etc. Haven't had any issues with the 100+ packages I've dropped off (of course keep in mind that this is just the drop-off location, anything can happen along the way before reaching destination, keeping my fingers crossed).Can't say enough about how great the staff here are. I'm very grateful to have this location near my house

I couldn’t get their names but best customer service. They were not only fast and efficient, but they also treated me with such kindness and respect. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers.

Two persons working in the store, only one serving customers. The supervisor sat in the back. An endless line. There are plenty of similar stores around like UPS right front of it, USPS, next to it and multi parcel stores all around Pines Blvd. Strongly recommend try some other store where you will be much better respected as a customer.

Terrible service, the man who works there does not have the proper treatment with customers, my wife was there and asked him for some boxes and his responses are very rude. I do not recommend this point of FedEx.

I am amazed at the high level of customer service provided at this location. I've interacted with multiple employees here and they go above and beyond to assist. Tell you about their services, and today the very nice lady showed me the self serve drop off option. Fantastic experience every time I come here. Thank you.

They are nice and efficient. I need a large image printed and they did it the same day. Also the print and go is a good modern device that allows you to email all of your printing needs and get it done quickly.
