Dumayne Graham, got me not just a per- approval but an guaranteed loan with 48 hours. That's how fast Graham works 💪 he is up in the wee hours making sure his client is taken care of. I have been trying to get a loan, but was not able to get enough to purchase a house. I found Mr. GRAHAM and in hours I was approved and in two days I had a loan and in one month a house. It was clock work. I would only advice, if your looking for something right away, he is the man for you. If your not in need for a few months please specify be clear and transparent, or spell it out if necessary. I did, I don't think it was comprehended that I'm not in a rush. I do understand that this is a living for most brokers or a side business in real estate. I really was not expecting to have a house within a month of finding Graham! So, know how you much you want to spend, know where you want to live and know the time frame your looking on owning a house. Dumayne Graham is an angle.

I truly didn’t know what to expect working with First World. Earlier in the year I had a not so good experience with another company and it didn’t end well for my family. But, I allowed God to lead me and not trying to do it my way. That was the best decision I’ve made in a while. The communication was excellent. I didn’t have to guess what I was signing. I was given a clear understanding before anything was signed or deposited. Mr. Graham took very good care of me and my family. Yes, it was a bit stressful waiting but Dumayne kept me positive and calm as much as he could. I would definitely use them again.
