Worst experience ever. Clown show running here. Called before going since I purchase the shoes online and said was available at this store. Lady answer and said name on order I gave it to her she yes ready for pick up. I told her I’m driving from far to come pick them up make sure they’re ready. She confirmed they were ready. when I arrived they said shoes where not available and that I didn’t talk to anyone. So now I’m a lier? Had a call log on my phone with the number to this specific store and 2 girls working there. Your customers are not stupid accept your mistake and make it up instead of calling them crazy. WillNever shop there again, horrible employees horrible service.

I went back to the store and manager told me that she could not do anything for me because it wasn't in the original box. She refused to exchange no refund she said there was nothing she could d for me. When I purchase the shoes I was never told it needed to be right back in original box just to bring them in if I had any issues. spent over $190 and super disappointing at the rate of the shoes deteriorating.

Their sales people are awesome! They watch you walk, actually measure your foot size and then make recommendations based on what you need. Yes, they're a little more expensive, but it's worth it because I know I'm getting the right shoe for either myself or my family.
