Went to the mall to return items from Shein. Loved that Forever 21 has a drop off spot. The return was easy, just have your return code and items to match ready. The best part about it is, I got 20% coupons which I spent in the store. 💕

Definitely horrible customer service. Placed an online order for in store pickup, never received any email that it was ready. Spent two days calling the store multiple times and no one answers calls, had to speak to an agent via online chat only to be told my entire order was cancelled because ONE item was out of stock. No effort made to reach out and see if maybe I wanted a different item, or at least the rest of the stuff I ordered. Online chat was also horrible, disconnected the chat before I was able to finish talking to them.

Typical clothing store! Pretty much sale the same things you can get online but better quality! Staff have been a hit and miss. I asked one person about sizing and she said I guess I don't know and didn't try to find out the answer to my questions and nor did she seem interested. Store has always been clean and many options available if you can't wait for online orders.
