I went in to GameStop for the first time in awhile as I just got back into gaming. I asked Hector, the only employee in the store, if he had a 3ds power cord... this guy was so stinking rude in his response! He said, "No! Why would I carry that, there is no profit in it!" Said in a curt and demeaning way. I asked him a few more questions just trying to get an understanding of how GameStop is now as compared to 19/15 years ago. Every answer he gave was rude and very much like a challenge. I even asked Hector,"Why are you seemingly challe me in all your responses"? He responded with, " because you obviously don't belong here". What a Jerk!!! Then some white woman came in and he fell all over himeself to help and answer her questions. Hector at GameStop is a Terrible employee! I will just order my Stuff online from now on. GameStop has gone to the dogs. Hector made my experience a really bad one. Come on Hector, they are just video games. Lighten up.

Located just east of Pembroke Lakes Mall, this GameStop is in a strip mall between Jared's and Menchies. Came in looking for a Pikachu bowl thanks to Terri E posting about it. Thankfully they still had them along with really cute Pokémon character waffle makers. The gentleman working there was helpful in locating items and had recommendations to what was good and just meh. Been a while since I've been in a game stop but they definitely had a large selection of game related merchandise if you're looking for something for that gamer in your life.

Has been ages since I picked up a disc. Testing a Sim Rig and needed an inexpensive game. Under 8 bucks and it fit the bill. Staff was helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sailor moon lover! This review is mainly for the staff, they have all the patience in the world, they talk and explain all the perks and benefits of having an account with them, they help us reset the password that we had lost. They stayed open a little extra until we were done shopping, super accommodating, the store was organized even at the end of the day. Shot out to the weekend crew, you guys rock!!

My brother arrived early, hoping to beat traffic & any lines for a pre-order of a game in high demand as a Christmas present for our youngest brother. When the store opened at 10, he got out to walk-in. Seeing the employee behind the desk, he waited by the door since it was still locked, allowing the employee a minute or two to come over. After about 15 minutes past opening, he decided to knock. The employee made direct eye contact with my brother, then looked back down to the desk, totally ignoring him. If you're busy & running behind, that's fine. At the very least, you could tell us that, rather than blatantly ignore customers who are only trying to pick up a game that's already paid for. Not only that, but to allow paid customers stand outside waiting, when the store is supposed to be "open" to begin with. Horrible customer service experience for the smallest task, which could have easily been avoided with decent human manners or communication.

One of the worst gamestops ever, imagine ordering something online in the morning, showing at at 6 pm to an empty store and the person in charge telling you to come later when ther order is ready. Come on, I had to tell her that I was gonna cancel the order in order for her to give me the game I order.
