I give them less than one star. I called corporate and they were no help. They never answer their phone. I called 25 times in a row and they never answer their phone. They suck. I give them less than one star. Don't ever ever ever ever shop there let's hope they go bankrupt.

Went today for the Eevee Prismatic drops and the store manager allowed the first person in line to buy all the stores units even though the line of 30 people were all there to buy it. Shady and unfair business practice..

This store has been the closest to me for over 15 years and I have reluctantly going here because of that but my last visit here, will be my last. The manager has some of the worse customer service skills I have ever seen. They refuse to help overall and if they try, they make you feel like a burden. If you need a gamestop, do yourself a favor and go to the one across from the Pembroke Lakes mall.

Honestly the worst GameStop I’ve dealt with. It’s a miracle if they answer the phone when you call and they choose to close and shut down everything at 8:50pm although they’re open until 9pm so they can leave early and not be held up late. If the store says it’s open until 9pm then service should be allowed before that time period. Just a very poor customer experience and very lazy unproductive employees and management.

this review is more for the employee that took care of me. and to warn others of this employee. So if you go here to purchase something be wary of Elizabeth(701085)(straigh black hair, nose rings). She charged me for Promember ship with out my approval. i didnt catch on till i left the store. i call Customer S. they said they couldnt refund me for the membership bc it was done in store. and i needed to go back to store to refund it. i go back and elizabeth said that she can not do it. to call customer service, i call customer service back and put elizabeth on the phone and CS rep told elizabeth that she needed to do it and if she needed help to call the store dedicated number , which Customer service gave her. after we hung up with C.S. elizabeth told me i needed to call the "store dedicated number" to get the refund. i asked to speak with managment and she ran to the back the store behind a door, came back 2 mins later with a random person on the phone who spouted the same nonsense she did. so just be wary of purchasing from this store. and this employee.

I came all the way down here since this is the only place that had the game I was looking for in stock, but they don't even answer the phone. This situation explains why they never pick up when you call (see photo below)

Adding warranty to games without telling people during checkout process look I get it it’s numbers but at least inform the customer 4th time this has happened to me but I just chose to ignore it giving people a chance to do right next time the manager name was definitely Luis and it’s not okay it’s literal stealing I was a store manager before and this is not okay so Eddie if you’re reading this I’m not sure if you’re still the district manager I would hope you’re not encouraging this behavior in your district these are bad practices this is supposed to be a simple customer experience for someone to buy games and etc not a car dealership and pushing bad practices

Haven't been to GameStop within the Publix Commons Plaza since 2018. It has really changed so much. The last purchase that was made from there was Neon Red/Neon Blue Joy-Con Nintendo Switch Console for $499.99 using my debit card. I'm so glad to have done that purchase and cannot wait to have myself own a brand new PlayStation 5 Disc Version console for my gaming collection.
