Someone drop it and it chip , I called and spoke to Leon who offered to do a new one at a 50% without seconding and just understand our pain and the tribute we were doing. “We had my son’s 5th birthday party at Divermansion and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and on top of every detail. They decorated everything beautifully, made sure everything was in its place, and constantly checked that nothing ran out — including all the drinks that were included in the package. The place was spotless, and the kids’ play area is completely contained and safe, so you don’t have to worry about children running off or getting hurt.

The party area and table space were spacious and comfortable — nobody felt crowded at all. The decorations they provided were gorgeous, and when I wanted to add a couple of my own items, they were not only open to it, they actually helped me set everything up.

Our package included pizza, popcorn, cheese sticks, and drinks (soft drinks and water), which was perfect and super easy for parents.

We also had the option of choosing either an hour of face painting or an hour of entertainment. We chose the entertainment, and it was fantastic! The entertainer was lively, engaging, and kept all the kids completely entertained and happy.

I have two young boys and throw two birthday parties every year, and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Usually I’m torn between hosting, managing everything, and keeping an eye on the kids — but this time, I actually got to enjoy the party (if you have thrown a party you know this is rare!). My kids were safe, everything ran smoothly, and the staff took care of everything.

We had kids ranging from 2 to 10 years old, and every single one of them had a blast.

Mirella delivered my order to a friend for her birthday and even though there was an issue with finding the address because of the complex being new and once the house was found the person receiving the order was not home because it was later in the day. She still was able to deliver the gift and called the recipient to make sure she would be back home.
