I am very disappointed I was having such a good day and I thought I was managing my time because on google it states that GNC closes at 7pm on Sundays and I get there and they are closed it was such a let down especially because I’m down visiting. It would have been nice to know I would have came earlier, very upsetting.

No Customer Service Skills from the management. Couldn't return an order that was shipped without my consent. The order was over 200 dollars. The person that help me didn't offer to call corporate for advise or try to help me in other way. Be CAREFUL they will ship and order to you, ship it via USPS so you can't rejected and only let you know the day before you receive it. GNC no wonder your business is on the verge of going out of business

Matthew from Westfork GNC was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products I was looking for. He let me know of ingredients in supplements that I didn't know about and helped me find better supplements for my health goals. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that's there to help you!

They have a wide selection of products. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They offer different levels of membership for points. They have a website. Some products are pricey.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped me, I just have his consultant number 1309. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, he was very patient and thorough in explaining the differences in the proteins and how I should take them. You can't go to too many places and find this type of customer service !!!!
