Goodwill Industries of South Florida is a multifaceted organization that goes beyond just being a place to donate and shop for used goods. The Pembroke Pines/Flamingo location is described as very good, organized, and clean, though some customers find the prices to be high. The store needs more organization for ladies' dresses, and the customer line sometimes requires attention. However, the manager, Nexy, is praised for her exceptional customer service - she is described as very helpful, professional, sweet, and always there for the customers. Employees are also commended for their efforts in stocking items for customers. Overall, the Goodwill store provides a welcoming shopping experience, with a focus on creating jobs for people with disabilities.
