I used to be happy with the attention and the good service. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with my A/C repair. I was charged $286 just for the inspection, with the explanation that new cars are more difficult to evaluate. While I understand this to some extent, I later went to Firestone for a second opinion, and they charged me only $50 for the same evaluation. (more than 5 times).
Additionally, the quote for the repairs was very high (I verified prices at other shops). It seemed that the shop was hiding the overpricing by listing a fair price for the parts but overcharging for labor, or vice versa.
Finally, the salesperson was quite insistent on closing the deal, claiming that there was a shortage of parts at dealerships and that they could complete the job very quickly.
Because of these issues, I feel that I can no longer trust your services. I hope you can address these concerns to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

Adrian is an absolutely amazing store manager who has provided top-tier customer service for me for the past 2 years! Snoop, the mechanic has always worked on my car and has provided timely car service for the past two cars that I purchased! The staff at this Goodyear is professional, integral, and really operates in the spirit of Excellence when it comes to car maintenance and repair!

I recently purchased, installed, and aligned a set of Goodyear Assurance ComfortDrive tires and also had one of my TPMS sensors replaced. I worked with Kevin at the store, who was very communicative/responsive via text after I dropped off my vehicle. He let me know what services needed to be done and what he recommended (including photos and estimates), so it was efficient for me to make decisions. He also returned my car by the time originally promised, which I greatly appreciated.

These people are fair, honest, objective and reasonable. Everything has a cost whether its publix, car repairs, or doctors. The amount of effort they put into getting very specific requests met is impressive. These people really care about their customers.

So this customer service rep named A____ G. at the Goodyear on 8301 Pines Blvd gave me the wrong diagnosis for my car. He said I needed new struts and tie rods, which would've cost me almost $2,000 to fix. But I went to a Chevy dealership for a second opinion, and they said it was just a minor issue that they fixed for way less—like, less than a quarter of what Goodyear wanted to charge me. And get this, A____ G. promised me that if I came back to them for the repairs, they'd credit the diagnostic fee. But when I went back, he denied ever saying that. What a jerk! While I was waiting for him to give me a solution, he was on the phone with another customer who had a problem because someone at that shop forgot to tighten something in their car. It's crazy how they try to trick people into paying for unnecessary and expensive repairs. It makes me lose all trust in that Goodyear location. Kevin S.M. Was very professional and helpful. He is very knowledgeable of your products and offered us the best deal for what my car needed. He also called to follow up to advise of other items that needed to be addressed with my car. Very happy with the tires and the service. Kevon remained in contact with us, and all services were completed in a timely fashion.

I believe angels exist among us, as evidenced by my recent experience at the tire shop. I arrived in a state of desperation, fearing being stranded due to a low tire and having nowhere else to turn. Despite the shop being near closing time, I received immediate assistance. Thanks to Andre, Chermain, and the rest of the staff, my car was quickly back on the road. I'm incredibly grateful for their exceptional service.
