Went to Goodyear at 300 Pines Blvd , Pembroke Pines today, 06/29/2025 and informed the tall man with no glasses tending the front counter that the tire had road hazard and needed to use the coverage plan purchased in 2023. He advised that he can only apply a credit towards a new tire (not replace) and a new tire would cost $153/$158 and with the fees would come out to $180 something. In addition with a radiator flush, was told battery low when it wasn’t and advised it was less than 1 year old and went to where purchased and battery was fine)balancing and something else it would be around a total of around $700. I have found my documents and he should not have quoted me a credit and cost of a new tire, this is misleading the consumer and unethical. This is the closest Goodyear to my home and therefore will not be returning there and in addition will let all my friends and acquaintances know about this situation for them to also refrain from getting service at that store.

Should have listened to the reviews and never even went there.
Went in to see if a tire could be repaired after getting a screw stuck in it. Screw was too close to the sidewall so patching it was not recommended. Asked for a quote to replace the two rear tires and I was told they DID NOT do that because the truck is 4x4 (Ram 1500). Customer Service gentleman tried to explain to me that it was not allowed to only replace two tires on 4x4 vehicles which I know is inaccurate. I asked him if he couldn’t or didn’t want to sell me two tires? And he just smiled and went back to the vehicle being 4x4. Tried to explain to him that he was confusing “All Wheel Drive” with 4x4, and that regardless, I only wanted to replace two tires. He still insisted that he was not allowed because of manufacturer specifications. Worst salesman and liar I have dealt with in quite some time.

However I believe that corporate or the owners know this but they don't care people say the same thing in the response and they don't do anything to change the situation just look at the reviews it's the same complaint over and over again with no changes now the owners response is going to be like we're sorry we're going to do better and they don't let's let's finally put this place out of business if you go up the street a little bit you'll find a reputable place that can change your oil and if you go a little bit further there's a jiffy lube go there instead
Or go to McDonald's you will surely get what you pay for their

Do NOT come here! The manager was rude and disrespectful. The price was the highest I’ve ever paid, and on top of that, they took over an hour just to patch a tire—despite having no other customers before me. I highly recommend looking for other options nearby. I gave them one star, but honestly, that’s more than they deserve.

Service writer for me barely recognized me as a customer the of the person is ALIER DEL RIO. Whoever is the owner of this location really needs to teach his employees how to acknowledge a customer you never know who you are serving. DONT ABOUT ME COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Terrible, they charged me $250 for a single headlight bulb that costs no more than $30 at any store. Then tried to charge me $325 for labor on installing the lightbulb when I was able to do it myself in 15 minutes. Stay away, they are just a tire shop nothing more, they only rely on computers, not a real mechanics

Most disrespectful and unprofessional service I have ever had! Will never go back. Went right over to Jiffy Lube and they were totally the opposite when it comes to professionalism and respecting costumers.

I brought my truck in to get 2 new tires I purchased online installed. I asked David, the sevice advisor, to please install the new tires on the rear of the vehicle and move the rear tires to the front. I also asked if he could inspect the brakes and provide me with a quote for a brake job. I left and came back an hour later. They installed the new tires on the front instead of the rear, and Aquiles, the other service advisor, said they would email me a quote for the brakes, which they never did, but no inspection was performed. I was also supposed to get a car care and alignment check, which they didn't provide.
The tire installation cost $100 for the 2 tires, and it got done in an hour, which wasn't bad. But I wouldn't come here again.

This is the worst shop in the area. Every time i come here for service its either a ridiculous wait time or they dont have the time to do the work. Showed up at 615 for a simple tire change and the “individual” at the counter said they couldn’t help me because they closed soon, literally 45 minutes. If you can wait or go somewhere else, do so, this place doesn’t deserve to have anyones business.

Made an appointment last week at 11:30am. Was told it would be an hour and half so I left and came back an hour and 45 later and they hadn't even started it. I was late to pick up my kids from school. Also they charged me for a valvoline synthetic oil filter but installed a carquest conventional filter. Now I'm questioning if they even used synthetic oil. Don't take you vehicle here.

Been a customer for years. Set an appointment for 12 online with a coupon showing $86 for an oil change. Had to press the issue on the price on line. Dropped off car at 12. I called at 2:45 and they tell me it’s done. Won’t be going back.
