The car had roaches and ants , when I complained to customer service the representative advised me to buy insect sprayđ«Ł. This is my worst experience in life with Hertz. Hertz kept billing my cards on file because I was past the due date. The app would not allow me to use my saved card. It was just terrible Hertz. Customer support had me on hold for 20 minutes. Donât forget her first question wasâwhatâs a good call back number?â What was the sense. She never called back when the call got cut off. Terrible Service .

I prepaid for my vehicle with my chime credit card. Paid for an uber to get to Hertz just for them to say they do not accept chime credit cards for deposits. I asked to switch to my Bank of America debit card, then they told me theyâd have to switch my vehicle, but there are none available. I asked for my deposit back, they made me call customer service instead of cancelling my reservation from the counter while I was there. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my deposit back, when people get their rental deposits back the same day after a return. This makes absolutely no sense. Hertz should state clearly what banks cards they do not accept and they should not take an upfront payment from a card that a person can not use at the counter for the deposit!
Now I can not take my child to therapy or their doctors appointments because I have to wait for 7-10 business days to get my money back. It took 2 seconds for them to take my money from me! Hertz is now making life harder for me as a single father to take care of my children because they lead you believe you have a rental set reserved after you already paid for it, just for you to get there and they donât accept the deposit from the same card I prepaid for the vehicle with!
And the manager showed no mercy or care in the world. They just had you a paper and say call customer service to cancel the reservation, then move on to the next person like your money and time wasted isnât important.

This is the ONLY Hertz agency that I will rent a car from!!! I get the BEST rate and customer service at this location!!! Justin and Sigrid are AMAZING and very knowledgeable about the industry.

Had booked a van with Enterprise. Enterprise failed to deliver and bombed big time. So I turned to Hertz. Sigrid at this branch as always was excellent. She upgraded me to the car I needed without any extra charge. Justin and Sigrid never leave any stone unturned in any opportunity they find to help customer satisfaction to the max.

While my brief experience here was better than Avis, I was ultimately not helped and my business was not wanted.
With the recent flooding and Avis cancelling my reservation on the day of, I went to reserve a car like 15 min before I showed up at this Hertz location. This might be out of their power, but people shouldnât be able
to make a reservation if they are sold out.
I arrive to the location and there was one employee present (woman with blonde hair) helping another customer. I was not greeted or told she will be right with me. After maybe 10 min the woman goes to show the customer his car. THE CUSTOMER HIMSELF then greets me, which prompts the woman to finally greet me and say she will be right with me.
Once it is my turn I am told they are sold out. The only help I was offered was to maybe come back in the afternoon and see if any cars have been returned. I was not offered any apology for any inconvenience. The woman did not go above and beyond to help me and did not act as if my business was of value. At the very least she could offer to call me if a car becomes available or look to see if any would be returned that day, or call around to other Hertz locations.
Better than my experience at Avis, but customer service could use some work. I would probably not return to this location or recommend this location.

Seems like my review was deleted, so I'll gladly leave it again. If I could leave 0 stars for this particular location, I would. I returned my rental car (which was paid for by my car insurance due to an auto accident) well over three weeks ago and I've yet to receive my security deposit which is supposed to be reimbursed once the car is returned. This is the second time I've rented a car here and the second time I've faced this issue.
I also noticed additional charges to my account which were from Hertz, though out of state. When I called the Hertz where I rented my car from, I spoke to a woman by the name of Sigrid who immediately greeted me with attitude when I tried to find out what these additional charges were. She responded with, and I quote, "yea, I see the charges but I don't know what they're for." Even if that's the case, why would you say that to a customer? When I asked to speak with the manager for clarification she responded with, "he's just going to tell you the same thing."
Stay away from this location and take your hard earned money elsewhere. And to Sigrid, girl, if you hate your job..go work somewhere else instead of taking your frustrations out on customers who have no role in your current state of misery. Respectfully, y'all suck.
** the only addendum I'd like to make on my previous rating was the employee by the name of Justin was EXTREMELY helpful and polite with helping me register for my car.**

Severely disappointed in my rental experience at this location. The location lacks proper management to be successful. SIGRID the employee that assisted me is in need of an improvement plan for customer service. After a vehicle has had documented damage they will still try to claim you did the damage even when given proof that the damage was prior. Until this location is properly staffed and has proper oversight from management I would seek renting from a different location. I hate to leave a negative review when employees are doing the best they can but aren't given the proper tools to succeed. Better training will would help this location a lot.
