Bad experience terrible customer service sign was advertised 5.99 for necklaces and came up 7.99 the manager Jose has horrible customer service the sign doesn’t say any exclusions but just 5.99 so I returned everything never again will I shop here

The store is very well stocked and organized, but the attention of the girls in charge at the cash register is fatal, they think they are doing you a favor by selling to you, I don't understand why they treat the customer so badly, if they don't like their job and keep such a bad attitude towards clients, they should look for something better to do with their lives, no one has to put up with his attitude and his bitter face. I definitely won't be back.

I never had such a bad experience with this brand. Every one of the cashiers looked like they were about to drop dead. But what worse is after standing in a long line?Just to hear that the item I was trying to return was purchased at a different location and they're not going to accept it. Not abroad, not in a different state.Just a different local location!

This store closes at 8 at night and its employee Jose Martinez approached me in a threatening manner that it was closed and told me that he would call security if I did not leave the store. The truth is, one goes to H&M store to buy and have a good time. nice not to be treated poorly if you are tired don't work there terrible treatment

I don’t leave reviews unless it’s necessary.. this location is horrible! If you’re going to work in retail LEARN PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. I already had to come back to this store TWICE because they’re not properly training their staff on how to process returns .. and now the store manager JOSE wants to add on being rude and dismissive of my concerns for my hard earned money. I worked retail so I understand the stress but that SHOULD NEVER excuse horrible service to the consumer. DO BETTER
