I had the worst experience at the location on 8370 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines FL 33024. My tax preparer did not educate me on a change to the amount that a dependent is allowed to make in order for you to claim them as a dependent. Therefore causing me to have to do an amendment and having to repay the irs. They wanted me to pay another $279 for them to the amendment when the mistake was not mines and the manager and associate tried to pin everything on me and they didn't take accountability. This whole situation could of been avoided. They asked me not to come back. I have been going there for over 11 years and there has been many mistakes but I remained loyal. But now since they are trying to make me out to be a lier never again. After refusing to pay $279 they waived it. I am extremely heart broken and left there crying and stresses out. I have never been treated this way and made out to not be an honest person. I will never go back to that location or even H&Rblock.

Worst office I never been ever neverBrought my documents on Thursday that couldn’t help Told me someone else would do it next weekMonday. Tuesday calling dozen times between 10 am and 5pm got someone supposedly assigned. But nobody call me back. Calling now Wednesday and they keep hanging up on meIt’s unbelievable how irresponsible are these people. Told them I need refund fast Household of four and got to move because rent is unaffordable and trucking business is been worst ever. But like I said unbelievably unresponsive carelessSorry I never like to bring bad comments but these cross every lane imaginable. Last night I couldn’t sleep feeling terribly ignored by these officeGod bless ??
