“I had a less than 10 min wait time with 3 people before me. I received great customer service when returning a supposedly “new” modem that Xfinity had shipped out to me. It was a used one & I wasn’t going to be responsible for it in the long run. Customer service rep Gio took care of it & provided me a brand new modem and he took it out of the box to inspect it & make sure I was happy with the product, which I was! Next time I’ll come directly to the store instead of ordering through the app. Customer service rep then answered a few questions about & assisted me with my bill. I left extremely happy & content with my bill & new modem! ??? Thank you!”
“Hours of Operation varies. Open sign usually visible, although it seems otherwise. You have to call the number posted in front of the Store, if there's no one there. Wait is less likely to be long. The Staff is Polite, Respectful, Knowledgeable and More likely to give You great deals on Phones, services and accessories for being a Loyal customer.”
