I stopped by this shop recently for a quote, and even though I didn’t move forward with the repair yet, I left genuinely impressed. What stood out to me the most was their commitment to using strictly OEM parts. they’re clearly focused on doing the job right the first time. Howard took the time to walk me through what my vehicle needed and why, and the explanation was straightforward, honest, and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. Even during the quote process, I felt like I was dealing with a shop that values quality, accuracy, and long-term reliability over quick fixes. Finding an automotive shop that prioritizes OEM parts and genuine workmanship is rare these days, and it shows they truly care about their customers and their reputation. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready to move forward with the repair, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service and real expertise.

Had a sheared bolt cut clean off when I was working on my car. In my obvious panic, I called around looking for help and suggestions. After a number of useless phone calls of people telling me I need to bring it in for inspection and not even giving me a range to work with at all. Now, I understand, asking for a quote for this predicament over the phone and expecting a quote is a hard ask, I get that. However, it's the approach handled, whereby, these guys not only told me it should be safe to drive as long as I take it easy, which ended up saving me the tow fee that everyone else was forcing, as well as giving me a potential range given on how difficult the task may be and running me through the complexity. They offered me services to clear out other concerns as well, not to upsell me, but rather to take care of concerns that I already knew of but appreciated their attention to detail. These guys are fairly priced and I definitely have found my new go to shop. Much appreciated fellas! Thanks again!

Told me they couldn’t work on my vehicle and then recommended me to go to jnl down the street who are scammers and tried to over charge me $500 for an inspection.

We've been bringing our Hondas and Acuras to Japtech for almost 20 years. I would not go anywhere else. They fixed the transmission on my 2016 Pilot that the dealer could not. They kept our Accuras going and thier rates are much more reasonable than any dealer. I can't speak highly enough of Howard and his team.

This was my first time at Jap Tech. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The repair cost was very reasonable and my car, a Honda CRV, was finished at the estimated time. I heard discussions with other customers and I realized Howard and his staff are very knowledgeable. They discussed my cars maintenance with me but did not pressure me with any sales pitches. I was pleasantly surprised with Jap Tech and I will be back for future maintenance and any needed repairs.

This is my second visit.I have a 2006 Honda element. I am sooo happy that my husband found this place for me.They explain,give choices and share things to consider interesting future.I feel very comfortable and trusting of this family business.

I had a decent experience at Jap Tech. I came to have them troubleshoot my AC system in my Camry. They do charge a fee for any troubleshooting up front. Some of the big chain stores will give you a free diagnosis of some problems. But as with many goods and services, cheap or free doesn't always equal good. Overall I was satisfied with my visit here. They refilled my freon during my visit, and on the receipt left a small list of items that may need attention in the future on my car - convenient.

I have a 2021 Honda pilot that the engine lock up because we took to another shop. Which was a horrible decision on my part. Thank God that I found Jap Tech and was their experience and service replaced my engine and had it back on the road with less than a week and a half. I will never use another mechanic or shop again. I am so grateful and thankful for the people and mechanics that text that took care of my issue and the timely and professional manner.
PS I had taken it to a Honda dealership and another dealership that has quoted me 10,000 and plus and Jap tacked the job for under $6000. I give this place a five star review I will continue taking my cars to Jap Tech. I just wish I did it a lot sooner.

Definitely recommend. Family owned business. Howard and his son are very knowledgeable and care about your car. I have been taking my 2007 Toyota Camry there for 2 years and will not go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable and they give you options.

Highly recommend this place for Honda, Lexus, Toyota owners. This was the right place to take my vehicle for an electrical problem I experienced. Car was diagnosed, part was ordered, installed, programmed, and returned to me in 3 days. Cheaper than the dealer and very honest people. Great opportunity to support a small business.
