  I have been multiple times to the portrait studio. This year I went and I didn’t like the short patience from the photographer’s team. None of the pictures with my pet came out good, and I have past references to compare to, but with a different photographers team. My brother in-law was two weeks after me with his family and they had the same experience with the photographers. It was the baby’s first Christmas pictures and none of the pictures came out good (with the baby smiling). I just hope the team grows up with more patience and ways to accommodate what people expect from the studio.

  I had a terrible experience at this store with my elderly mother, who doesn't speak English. Despite my mother speaking to the cashier in Spanish, the cashier, who clearly understood, kept responding in English. It became even more uncomfortable when a rude employee named Maria showed up and bluntly told the cashier, "You don’t have to speak Spanish to her; this is America."
  
  This comment was not only unnecessary but also incredibly disrespectful. As a Hispanic living in South Florida, it's disheartening to witness such rudeness towards our elderly community. As an advocate for the elderly, I find this behavior completely unacceptable. This employee's actions need to be addressed formally because no one should ever feel intimidated or disrespected in a place of business. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values respect and kindness.

  They should improve customer service, pickup does not treat people well, today I had a pickup, and in the end I could not pick up anything, the order did not appear and according to them it was going to be canceled and my money was going to be returned to me, I I arrived at the email that was already ready to pick up, there is no clear information, there are older people who don't even want to work and they look at you badly.

  Haven't been here in so long, but I must say that JCP has always been my store. I couldn't find anything in Macy's, but I found much more than what I was looking for in JCP.
