Fast and friendly service. The guy at the counter was especially nice on a day that was not going my way. Sandwiches were fresh and made to our specifications.

I ordered in the drive through 2 subs. I received one with no meat inside. I called corporate and they did nothing. I did a charge back and the fought it. SO this place stole money from me.

I ordered my sandwich Online. The sandwich they sent was not what I had ordered it had onions and hardly any mayo. I called them and they told me I had to report it to the jimmy johns app basically telling me that it is my problem. So basically, what I am saying is Jimmy John's sucks. I should not have to complain to an app about an order that they messed up. I remember when they made a great sandwich those days are over.

Received my order of 2 large Italians one with only lettuce and Mayo, no meat no cheese nothing else but mayo and lettuce. Contacted corporate and the offer no help. Then proceeded with a charge back and the challenge it, I decided not to appeal it but this location stole money from me by not being able to do a sandwich correctly. Do not come here stay away from this location. I can see why this brand is fading away everyday more. Will not visit any Jimmy Johns location ever again.

Think twice before ordering food from hereWe ordered a 4 sandwiches, one a giant sized Italian, turkey , and 2 regular made sandwiches . On the giant one we were very specific NO MAYO person is not able to eat Mayo and extra pickles. They charged .37¢ for 3 skinny pickle slices and told me they put 3 slices on a sandwich total of 6. I asked for additional and they then told me they do not do more than 6 slices.The turkey sandwich was to have no mayo and all the trimmings.The other two were regular sandwiches.When we arrived at our destination and ready to eat. The giant Italian had a super thick layer of mayo and 6 think pickle slices. The turkey had a thick layer of mayo along with mustard.We tried calling the phone goes to a phone that has a full voice mail.We were unable to eat, and not able to drive back to the location due to a prior commitment.Next day we brought to the location and the explained what happened the guy said “they don’t take back food”.Since they are franchise I called corp and explained I spent $42 on these no go subs and NEVER HEAR BACKThere are too many other places to enjoy delicious quality food…. You lost me and my family as customers

Both times I came to this location, my sandwich was made wrong. Make sure you go in and ensure your food is made right. Do not do curbside.

Asked for a kids menu NOPE. $10 for chips and a half sub with one slice of meat. never again. Manager was super rude. Publix here we come.

I am so grateful for Nate, Aunz, D'Angelo, Joe! I came in with a last minute order that I thought would be impossible to place- and the team busted it out and made it happen! Great service, super helpful, and I got my team of 56 overnight workers happy with full bellies!

I got ripped off at this Jimmy Johns location.I ordered a Roast Beef sandwich and when I got home they gave me a Ham and cheese sandwich instead. So I contacted the store and spoke with the manager and he said come in when ever you want I will put a note in your account saying we owe you a free sandwich. I called the store and spoke with the manager about a week later and he said there is nothing in my account that says we owe you a sandwich. Bottom line is do not trust this Jimmy Johns location.They are rude ignorant and liars. I was a reward member but since this happed to me I deleted my account and will never go to this Jimmy Johns location again. I do not recommend Jimmy Johns 205 N Hiatus Rd. Pembroke Pines, Fl.

This was our first time ordering from JJ's and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of our sub and how quickly it was ready for me to pick it up. I do intend to go back again.

Very disappointed with the service. I placed an order for lunch at 1:23 pm, and it is now 2:48 pm still no order. I called twice and spoke with two different people. The first time the guy said the driver was on his way was at 2:20 pm. I called again at 2:45 for the status. The second guy said the driver has four delivery in your area. I'm sorry he was supposed to go to you second. I asked to cancel my order completely unacceptable, and he said I apologize. Explain where the freaky fast is and when to wait for my order.
