I went up to the ladies that attend the fabric department. Their were two older ladies. They literally saw me standing there and they didn't even look up or ask if I needed help. I waited for about 5 minutes or so and then ask can I get help and they acted as if they didn't hear me which was impossible when I was standing right in front of them. I finally had to say I'm ready. And they looked at each other like they were brother. I didn't want to cuz a confrontation so I just ignored their rudeness and asked how many yards do they think I need to sew on my bra straps? I was handed a measuring tape. I nicely said I'm not good at this. It probably would have taken them less than a few minutes to say it would probably be x amount of yards. They were both rude to say least. Then when I finally decided to get two yards which probably was more then I needed. I again had to say I'm ready. One said well I'm busy and I said well I meant her. Meaning the other employee next to her. She also said I'm busy too. Yes, it sounds like I am exaggerating but honestly I'm not. I was taken back. Still don't understand what that was all about. My guess is they do not appreciate or like their job . No other explanation.. Shame on them they shouldn't be working at a customer service counter if they are not able to be polite and helpful. This happened around 30ish minutes ago. I hope this gets to corporate and they are at least reprimanded.. 🫤 Oh and I was the only customer waiting... 🤷🏼

Wish they had more cotton fabric patterns, but super friendly staff, sales and had everything we were looking for. Just wished there were more color/design options.

the service in this joann is TERRIBLE! the 2 people that helped us (including the cashier) were all rude. however, we did find what we were looking for.

Super convenient online pickup process. Just let them know you’re in one of the pickup parking spots and they’ll bring your order directly to you. My kid hates getting in and out of the car seat, so that’s a huge plus for me. Staff was very friendly too.
