On Saturday 3/15/25 at around 11:15am, I came as a walk-in (no appointment ) for a special labwork. From the moment I spoke with the first person, I felt the hostility. since I didn’t have an appointment, I didn’t want to check in right away without asking a question and with a bad attitude she told me that I have to check in anyways. And I get that but it was just the tone she used to let me know so.. but anyway I am not a crying baby and that’s really not the reason I am taking the time to write about my experience..
when I was called in to get my blood drawn I informed the nurse that I was coming from my doctor’s office and they were unable to draw blood because my veins are small and deep and they tried without being successful. From the beginning her approach was rough. I also told her my blood pressure was very high.. I am not afraid of needles but she treated me like if I was her practice dummy doll and had no sensation. Her empathy was minus zero. I know the tourniquet it’s uncomfortable and at times it hurts but the speed and roughness she used to put on me was unacceptable. I don’t know if this is called bedside manner .. but definitely it was a lack of empathy and professionalism..my body was under so much stress that she couldn’t perform the labwork. I know it was the end of the day on a Saturday and . I was the last patient but this gives her no right to treat me like that.. enduring unnecessary pain. .. I probably have to come back there this week but I will politely refuse to be treated by her..
PS: the young gentleman who walked me out was so kind and pleasant!!

You should really put that you need an appointment for a pre employment. Pre employments usually only give you 2 days to do the test, but when you don’t have any appointments available for a week and don’t care to fix it, you are not useful. Just don’t offer pre employments. The man in the front with the blonde hair is super rude also.

I came on a Saturday for a drug screening since I work weekdays and turned away because “they don’t do drug screenings on Saturdays.” Only T-Th. Which makes no sense for people who work on weekdays. Should include Saturdays for people who are busy! No help whatsoever and when asked if another location had Saturday availability they responded “all labcorps don’t take drug screens on Saturdays.” One Google search proved wrong.

I came here without an appointment for a drug screen. Everything took less than 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Got my results about 2 business days later. Would recommend.

I honestly don’t know why the reviews for this location are so bad. The check in process was easy and my appointment was on time/as scheduled. Carol did my lap work and was super sweet. Was in and out with 15 mins. I have no complaints.

I have been going to Labcorp for 5 years and this location has been the least helpful of all of them. I have called the office multiple days in a row and left several messages and still no answer to why my labwork has taken so long. Do not go to this location.

The LabCorp of Pembroke pines is the worst that I visited,super very rude and impolite staff,they act like they are doing a favor to you for make the job drug screening, definitely they don't love their jobs,for sure I will never comeback to here.

Monique was so nice and she was so quick when it came to drawing my blood she’s definitely a pro and this place is lucky to have her would definitely recommend anyone to come here it quick painless and I had great company thanks to Monique!
