Everytime I visit I find a piece or 2 I need to leave with. The staff is very nice and store is kept up well. I particularly enjoy their petite shop. There are options and even clearance rack within petite. I buy my favorite style of pants here which are, relaxed fit! I have
Thicker legs and the skinny jeans are too fitted and the wide pant legs are to frumpy on me. The relaxed fit is perfect and the store carries various sizes. Parking is easy and the location is great.

Amazing Customer Service
I had a fantastic experience at the Loft store in Pembroke Gardens, even on the chaos of Black Friday. The staff, led by the wonderful manager Dianne, went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes despite how busy it was. Her kindness and efficiency truly stood out.
Thank you, Dianne, and the team for making my shopping very enjoyable.

I would like to bring to your attention the incredibly rude behavior of a sales associate. It is unacceptable for any staff member to scold children who are not their own, especially immediately after they have entered the store.

I haven't been to a Loft store in a while and decided to stop in today. The store is very neat and well kept. I enjoyed browsing. The displays were nice. I just didn't see any clothes I was interested in purchasing. I did purchase two spare pair of sunglasses to keep in my car. The sunglasses seem pretty high quality and the style is ok by me. They also have a lot of variety of jewelry items. The store was pretty busy. Employees keep the lines moving quickly. They have a good amount of staff which is great. This store has a lot of good promotions. I think their prices are very fair overall.

Terrible customer service at this location. I will not be shopping here again. The lady not sure if she is the manager needs to work on her people skills and working during these challenging times.

While I've always been a fan of the Loft in general, this particular store disappoints me and it boils down to its customer service. It's no secret we're in a pandemic and hours of operation have changed for many of the stores therefore they have them posted out front for customers like me to take note. So Loft basically heckled me into buying online and when I received the order, there were a few items I needed to return. Return shipping is a ridiculous $7.95 meanwhile the Loft is around the corner from my house so I decided to make the short trip. I checked the hours and Lofts hours were 12 to 6.... I arrived at 4:50 PM and the door was locked. I figured there were too many in the store and they were waiting for people to drift out before letting me come in. I was wrong. At 4:56 the store employee comes out and tells me they are closed. I mention the hours say 6 PM but she tells me that from now on they will be closing at 5 on Sundays. I could have made a stink about it because the sign clearly showed 6 and in any case I was there prior to their closing time, but I decided I would just bite the bullet and humbly walk away. This to me is poor customer service. She knew I wasn't there to shop, I was there for just a return and I was there within the time they should have still been open. I took note that Mondays and Tuesdays they had a later closing (7 PM) and decided I would go the next day after work. I reached out to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens via IG so they could update the Loft store hours accordingly and not further inconvenience customers. The next day I show up at 6:10 and they're closed. They changed their hours once again and went from 7 PM closing time to 6 PM. At this point, I can't win. It's my second time there to make a return and I'm unsuccessful. Now I'm obviously suuuuuper annoyed and vowing to never shop Loft again until they have free returns by mail. A regular customer gone because the one employee couldn't handle my return when I showed up on a Sunday at 4:50 PM with a sign that read closing time at 6 PM. I took pictures of the hours that changed from one day to the next...showing 2021 is off to a wonderful start...LOL

Last week, our Governor for the State of Florida opened us up to Phase 3. Schools are opening in a week or two, why would your retail stores close at 6 pm on a weekday? That is absolutely ridiculous with 70-80 percent of your mall occupied. Some of us work in the healthcare system and do not have the luxury of not working and being able to get to a store at 6 pm. I completely understand not being opened until 9 pm... but the restaurants are open until 10 or 11 pm with no social distancing. Very confused!!!
