Can someone train the cashier how to charge a Samsung pay to the customer...
The only person in the store who know how to do it is the lady in the garden section... please let her give a training to the others cashier... don't let me waist my time ....I come back.. the same problem.

can someone give a training to Lowe's cashiers .. so they don't waste my time .. it's a shame that none of them knew how to charge a Lowe virtual card...hellooo
Lowe's doing again.. today is January 30 2025.. Customer service is a disaster... especially Gerald... please hire trained, qualified staff who respect customers. What a shame.

Can’t in needing 2 things. No one asked could help and kept referring me to another. Manager was calling employees from the floor with no answer. What I ebbed up getting I just returned as it didn’t work. Went to RICHARDS HARDWARE, not a mile away and they fixed everything. Even one customer in there helped. That’s a real caring place- goodbye lowes

Terrible service, I went to buy a drill and other things, the person who helped me told me to pick it up at the checkout, when I got to the checkout, no one knew where the drill was, and the person who helped me did not appear anywhere to say where he left the drill, I was waiting for more than 20
Minutes before it showed up, I don't think I'll go back to this Lowes

I usually find what I'm looking for. Tools, cable ties, paint supplies, lumber, almost any kind of fastener, etc. Plus Lowe's, Home Depot, and online suppliers keep each other mostly competitive.

The store is clean everything in its place that's why I give it 5 stars
Note to management instead of your employees pointing at Isles and telling you where items may or may not be they should actually walk the customer over to the aisle and physically show them the product that they're looking for that's just my opinion

Had an emergency needed to buy a refrigerator when I asked an employee to see on quantity he says they don't have any but I don't work there and tell him that you have the same display over on the next side he goes and show me his scan gun that it says 0 on hand that they don't have any available what kinda service is that then the next employee come and say they can order it that I can get it next week no I need it now mines is broken really bad service
