I shop online and in-store at Macy's (Miami Intl Mall, Aventura Mall, Westfield Mall, Plantation). This is the WORST MACY'S have been to. No one there to Check you out?? I was going around searching for someone to give my money to and couldn't get any HELP. Either the front line are not doing their job or the supervisors. This Macy's dropped the ball. I hope Management reads this because they're losing you business, not coming to this location anymore.

On Sunday March 9 both the elevator and the electric escalator were not working. Manager on Duty Adria suggested we go outside to the parking garage to take the elevator.
My significant other has ALS and is unable to go up the stairs or walk long distances. She then said that tje elevator waa working but sometimes they shut it down because its been overworked. She called someone and asked to turn on escalators but apparently Macys doesnt care about disabled customers.

I had a terrible experience with Sheryl, a makeup artist at Macy's she works in the Lancôme department. I asked her to color match my grandmother, and she flat-out said no. It was incredibly unprofessional and rude. To make matters worse, she was arguing with her coworker in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and awkward. After shouting "no" at me, she tried to fake being nice, but it felt insincere and forced. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning to this Macy's for beauty services again.

This is a very great location to hang around shopping for high quality local companies offers. Also the customer service is exceptional and wonderful. Furthermore the environment is very neat, organized along with being sanitized. In addition all of the space is very clean. I would highly recommend any individual to come shop at this Macy's.

No matter which department at Macy's in Pembroke Lakes that I press the option for, no one picks up. I have tried getting through to the store 5 times in the past 24 hours and the lack of employees available to just answer the phone is pathetic. No wonder why they are going out of business! I would give ZERO ''stars" if I could!

Yesterday, Sunday, January 26, around noon, I went to the shoe department, unfortunately my experience was not the best, only one person had a friendly, professional and respectful treatment, I don't remember his name; A short young woman with curly, blonde-brown hair didn't even have the courtesy to say hello; I asked Andrés to please help me by paying for an item to pick it up at the store, he told me that it was not possible, I still don't know the reason; The other young man (who, by the way, was very kind) told the curly-haired lady that there was a pair of shoes in stock in that store, just the size I was looking for, and she didn't even bother to make the slightest effort to help me find them. to get it, in short, they almost made me pay $81 dollars for the merchandise, when the item cost $65 with taxes included, when I realized it, I told Andrew and he was finally able to adjust the price but I had to order the shoes so that he could get them for me. send by mail.
In short, I was not satisfied with the service in general.

They do not accept the exchange of products without a receipt even though the policy says otherwise. I appreciate the experience because it helps me get out of such a company.

DO NOT BUY THERE! The cashiers at Macy’s on Pembroke Lakes Mall are scammers. I bought jewelry last weekend as Christmas gift for my daughter. I got a 40 dollars discount gift on the next purchase. They where supposed to give me a card, but they just gave me a receipt with the card number, so today when I when shopping to Macy’s on another location of course they didn’t accept the receipt with the card number because they have to scan the card. I wonder how many customers they scam on Macy’s at Lakes Pembroke Mall. The cashiers keep the customers rewards cards for them, that is a crime of theft and fraud. I will never buy there again. Terrible place.
