Horrible. Terrible customer service. They don't even have change when you go to pay. I hope the owner does something urgently. If customers come in and can't pay, they're customers you stop selling to, and the business is lost.

I had a terrible experience at this Madrag location on September 6. I bought my daughter a pair of pants from the clearance rack. When we got home, she found a disturbing white substance inside the pants; completely unacceptable.
I called the store right away and was told I could return them later since I don’t live nearby. But when I came back on September 11, the assistant manager was extremely rude and refused to even look at the pants. She immediately said “we don’t accept clearance returns” and wouldn’t let me explain.
She also refused to exchange another item (even though I had the receipt) just because the tag was removed and pointed to a sign that didn’t even mention that as a requirement.
I left feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against. This wasn’t just bad customer service; it was humiliating. I hope Madrag takes this seriously, because no one should be treated this way and I won’t let this one go.

Be careful of this store if you purchased something in cash or use your credit card or your debit card, they only give you store credit back and if you buy something off of the clearance sale is final sale no return even if the merchandise is damaged. and they sold it to you damage. Holes in the dress . This is ridiculous.🙁🙁

Never been to this store but I went here with my daughter and I would have to say it was a very refreshing as opposed to the disgusting customer service I received from rainbow in the same plaza they greet you when you walk in the door they asked you do you need any help and they don't make you feel like a criminal while shopping The workers are amazingly nice and makes me want to come back and not shop anywhere else and because of that they have a lifelong member thank you so much to have the cutest little clothes from small little to big and even pregnant I love everything about this store the location and the employees here thank you for being absolutely sweet to all the beautiful ladies in there I appreciate you ❤️

NO RETURNS ALLOWED!! They dont tell you and lie…The worst! I made a purchase January 27, and the employee Ailenis specifically told me I would be able to make a return for a full refund except for all items on sale and Not ending in Zero If they don’t fit. I specifically told her at the register that I no longer wanted the items that had zero at the end or the sale items for this reason and I set said items to the side separate from the ones I wanted to buy. When everything was paid for, I noticed the items that I said I didn’t want in the bag and she sneaked them in the transaction. I also noticed that on the receipt it says no refunds. She LIED, and I went back inside shortly after no more than 30 minutes to tell her she didn’t take off the items ending in zero or on sale, and the fact that she told me I could return when it was not true. Instead of fixing the problem or taking accountability, she acted confused. I’ve contacted my bank, and I contacted the consumer protection department. I am not happy with the situation, the items were Bought 30 minutes prior and I couldn’t return them after a “mistake” that SHE made. I would like a full refund back to my original payment method, and the rest in cash. That is how I paid. This is unethical and dishonest. Yes! She added clothes that I said I didn’t want and had me pay for unknowingly, this has left a sour taste in my mouth. Warning to everybody thinking about shopping here, the employees are dishonest and rude, and this business should be shut down! If you DO decide to shop there, make sure you check the transaction properly before you pay. The employees will obviously will do anything for commission. Now I don’t want any of the clothes. No no, I want every penny back!

They have bad quality clothes which ripped when I tried it on, so I went in to return it. They lost my receipt and made a fool out of me. This is not a store that people should go to, and they will eventually run out of business if they keep treating customers like that.

My experience at this store has been horrible. This was my first time shopping here as Madrag was suggested to me by a coworker because of the cute clothing. As I went to pay for a sale item with a marked down sticker on it. The associate tells me that the sales sticker is wrong and that the item is $5.00 more. So no problem I pay it. She never once informed me that the item was final sale or about the policy and there were no signs stating that. I had purchased this same shapewear garment in my size from other stores with no problems. When I get home the garment would not go up my ankles. So I go back to return it and the manager tells me that she cannot do anything about it and gives me corporate’s number. I had to call corporate numerous times and deal with people who appeared not to care. I was finally told by Francis in corporate that I would not be getting store credit or a refund because it was STORE POLICY. The only thing they could tell me was “I’m so sorry” which is not good enough. I’m a shopaholic, so I’ve been to almost every mortar and brick store in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and online. I’ve dealt with several stores that have that same policy but they still managed to work something out with me to keep me as a customer. Madrag would rather loose a customer, and have negative reviews then try to make a customer happy. I will never shop here again, they lost my business. I will tell everyone about the horrible experience I had here. So now I’m stuck with a garment that doesn’t go up my ankles that I have to throw away. A total waste of money!!! Madrag you can do better than this!!!!!

I’ve been shopping at this store for years! The manager is the nicest person going! Always super helpful and always makes my shopping experience thr best! The rest of the staff is also very nice :) love the clothes and there are always great deals! Highly recommend!
