Marco’s pizza is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust is always soft and fresh, their mix of cheeses is just superb. My entire family loves them! 10/10 would definitely recommend

Marcos Pizza has become one of our top choices for a quick pizza fix on the go. Ordering online is convenient, although occasional glitches can be frustrating, such as difficulty attaching offers or rewards. Despite this, it's a favorite among our kids for its tasty pies. Don't expect standout customer service typical of fast-food pizza joints—napkins, plates, and condiments like cheese or pepper packets often require a bit of coaxing to obtain, and their drinks are overpriced. While I fondly remember the days when they'd bring the pizza out to your car upon arrival, this service seems to have dwindled in recent experiences. Nevertheless, Marcos remains a reliable option for convenient pizza pickup.

Marco's has been my go to for years. They used to be a growing chain w a small pizzeria feel. I have spent thousands and many great family nights w Marco's, but recently Marco's has switched up their app and their deals page and it's the worst experience. Pizza quality has gone way down, and I found out any given staff member becomes the chef for the night. It's now just another large chain pumping out mass quantities forgetting the integral trait of a quality product. They're still growing so just maybe in the future, they'll realize scaling too fast is not always a good thing and get back to a quality pizza and a good customer experience...Until then I'm back at PIZZA HUT!

I was in the Pembroke Pines store around 6:30 pm on Feb 4. What a madhouse in there. The staff was screaming at each other. Banging on the walls while the restaurant was full of people. I tried this place for the first time, since it is a neighborhood store. But never again, it’s a circus over there.

Pizza is good, but the lack of service is noticeable. Every time I order to go it takes forever and even the delivery people complaint because of this. Also, missed orders requests.

Terrible service, a girl yelled at me horribly and almost hit me, I was waiting for 25 minutes and they never gave me my order and on top of that for claiming that they had me telling me that it wasn't ready when they hadn't even started preparing it, they really never told me had been treated this way anywhere, the worst attention almost hit me…

He tenido la peor experiencia en este lugar, llegué a recoger un pedido y la Srta que toma los pedidos me dijo que estaba en preparación, le pregunté 3 veces y me dijo lo mismo… luego de 25 minutos pedí a otra Srta que por favor una persona en español me atienda, se me acercó una Srta y le dije que pasaba con mi pedido y se acercó a otra Srta preguntando y regreso a decirme que ya me habían dicho que ya se habían llevado mi pedido es donde yo le digo que es imposible porque yo no me había llevado nada y que era imposible que ella me haya dicho algo porque yo con ella no había hablado en todo el tiempo que estuve en el establecimiento y me dijo muy malcriada que bueno que el pedido no estaba y que me vaya porque el pedido no estaba y le dije que no podía hablarme así que había estado más de 25 minutos esperando que no sea malcriado y me seguía diciendo que me largara del lugar, es donde yo le moleste y le dije que no me podía hablar así y se me acercó mucho mucho a gritarme que me largue que me largue del lugar de manera muy fea, finalmente me botaron de manera muy mal educada. No recomiendo para nada este lugar

I really wish I could leave a glowing review for Marco’s as I have ordered their pizza for delivery multiple times without issue and really appreciate the quality of their product.However; my experiencing today with take out changed my opinion of Marco’s Pizza as a business entirely.In December, Marco’s sent out direct mail with coupons that had a clear expiration date of 1/31/2024. These coupons had no specifics on delivery vs. takeout, etc. I wanted to use the coupon for 2-Topping large pizza for $10.99 today.I ordered online for take out and tried to apply the code for the coupon but was told it was invalid. Ok, no problem. I paid in full online and went to the business for pickup hoping to get answers there.This is when I lost all faith in Marco’s.I showed the cashier the coupon and asked if anything could be done.Cashier: “It’s expired.”Me: “It clearly shows an expiration date of 1/31/2024, today is 1/1/2024.”Cashier: “Oh it’s a mistake, it’s not the first time this has happened.”Me: “So there’s nothing you can do?”Cashier: “If you call it in over the phone, I can try to apply a discount.”Me: “But you can’t apply anything to my order now?”Cashier: “No.”My disappointment and frustration is directed solely at the Marketing and Sales Operations of Marco’s. Get it together or you will lose more business from previously satisfied customers. What was the point of spending your marketing budget on direct mail coupons if the printed expiration date isn’t accurate or worse, your own staff isn’t trained on how to input it or your website isn’t updated to accept it? What kind of business model is that?Very disappointed.
