Be careful of pirates in the service bay!The service manager has instructed that all service reps steal from customers by adding things to the bill you do not need. Please look at the pictures to identify the fraud and check your service records to make sure they are not stealing from you! The service rep in this case was Stephen Douglas.

Stephen Douglas went well and beyond service standards to exceed all measures. Stephen made sure I was taken care of with absolutely zero stress. This is honestly the best dealership I've ever been to in my entire life. Stephen and Pembroke Pines are the new gold standard. I can't say enough good things about Pembroke Mercedes-- I will be a customer from here on out. I'd give Stephen and Pembroke six stars if I could.

Bought a new GLS-63 AMG. Great car, hard to find... however, as always with a dealership, a ridiculous rodeo over the added fees of 30K on top of the sticker price (all were removed as I was walking out the door to another dealership). Tons of calls from the sales rep after the purchase after I said I did not want any.... When I asked for a red bow to put on the car for a Christmas present, I was told that they could but they needed it back because the dealership RENTS the bows!!! They are $5 on amazon! All in all, glad I got the car, but just like any other car salesperson or place! Just expected more at this price

Highly recommend for sales. Ask for Erika. She was professional, efficient, trustworthy and made purchasing pleasurable. Buyer beware!!!! Misleading and false reporting (Carfax, salesman and leadership) | Disappointing Customer Experience & limited Brand Integrity.Now let me explain why I lead off with the above. <45 Days ago, I bought my 73yr mother a 2015 Mercedes GLK with 60,293 miles. Btw the time we got it home, we had a faulty remote, non-working power windows & locks, 2 1/2 bald tires and enough headaches from the transaction. I tried to make it seamless by wiring the funds 2 days before and the dealership refused to electronically send the documents for execution. Instead, we booked 2 flights and an Uber. When we arrived, there wasn't a willingness to fix the scratch nor release the funds.I could write about how the tires were replaced on 3.3.22 with 47,815 miles and they shouldn't be cracked or how the car had an extra push start igniter when I went for a test drive and after signing the paperwork the salesman took the car to refuel. Never thought someone would take it out of the glove box and didn't realize this and other issues till after a 4 hr car ride.I've emailed the AutoNation leadership and no word yet

Bought a 2021 S580 for roughly $95K and was presented as a Certified used MB. What a joke! Drove it home and had to bring it back the next day due to a light on the dash. They had the car for TWO MONTHS! I had it one day! They had to pull the engine and trans out of the car to replace a wiring harness, then the back passenger door screen broke, then the drivers door screen broke, then I find out it was a smokers car and they temporarily hid the smell, then the color came off the drivers arm rest to revel it had been painted, so they “repair” the arm rest. I go out this morning to wipe the grease off the arm rests after picking it up on Friday (due to the broken screen) and all of a sudden I have paint all over me and the car where wiped things off! Please make sure you have an outside inspection done of any “Certified “ car from this dealership! I would personally stay away.

Red carpet treatment! This dealership will always amaze me. I purchase my first Mercedes at another dealer, and the experience was okay. However, Mercedes of Pembroke Pines treat their customer and clients like no other!!!!!! I’m very happy and pleased from my experience here. And will continue purchasing my cars from here and servicing my vehicle here. The red carpet service from Moises and the manager Miguel was awesome. Thank you!

The Sales department is OK but The service department is not professional at all.During a service, one of the tire was replaced by a smaller size, we realized about this problem 2 year after it. Having the tire protection plan they never rotated the tires and when we did complaint of the problem demanding a change of tire to the right size, they refuse to replace it at no extra cost when they were the one causing the issue.I will never recommend this dealer again to my friends and family.

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience at Mercedes of Pembroke Pines. I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day, but the wait turned out to be excessively long, testing my patience.To add to the inconvenience, just when I thought I could finally leave, a valet assistant (short gentleman with dreadlocks) chose the exit lane to fill up a customer's tires with air. This not only blocked the way out for everyone else but also extended the delay unnecessarily. The valet then proceeded to engage in a casual conversation with the customer, seemingly oblivious to the growing queue of waiting cars.When someone eventually honked to signal the holdup, the valet's response was far from professional. Instead of promptly addressing the situation, he responded with a dismissive gesture that I found quite rude.This experience fell short of the high standards of customer service and efficiency one would expect from a prestigious dealership like Mercedes. The lack of consideration for customers' time and the unprofessional response from the staff member left me disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future service can improve to match the reputation of the Mercedes brand.

Service agent was great, pick up and drop off was great. The two reasons I dropped my vehicle off were not addressed, documented that the issue couldn’t be replicated. Received my vehicle back easily able to replicate the issue.10/17/23 - Updating my review due to the outreach received by the dealership to ensure my issues were addressed.

I had a great experience in the Service department with my Advisor Rey Hernandez. He made sure my car was taken care of to the fullest when I came in due to a flat tire and needed Service as well. He walked me through each step of the process and communicated effectively. He also was able to answer all my questions and concerns. All in all, everything was done quicker than I expected and will continue to come back to service my car with Rey Hernandez. Thanks again!

I will easily recommend MB of Pembroke. My favorite part of the establishment is their car service Dept. It is mainly in large part to my amazing and thorough service advisor, Stephen Hall. He’s been my go to person for almost 5 years now and he never lets me down. The establishment is very accommodating. I’m always able to reach them either via text, call, email or chat which is important to me in order to effectively communicate my needs. MB is one of the few businesses left that takes accountability and understands customer service, costumer recovery and costumer satisfaction. I’m always greeted properly when arriving and I feel like my needs are prioritized. Even if it’s obviously a busy day there and things are chaotic, it’s organized chaos and everyone remains professional in spite of the day they may be having. I’ve been to other locations and didn’t receive the same sentiment. Not to mention, the coffee machine and complimentary water while I wait! Healthy snack options would be a plus, but not a must. All in all, I 10/10 recommend Mercedes Benz and if you could request Stephen Hall as your service advisor, you won’t regret it! They definitely have a life long loyal customer in me.

We got a good deal on a 2014 C250 Sport.The process began with a friendly greeting from Briana Maldonado. She took her time to find the right car for us without pressure. She helped us through the whole process very professionally.We enjoyed working with this dealership and found the perfect car that suited our needs.We will buy another Mercedes-Benz from them in the future

This location has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! You take your car in for service and they mess up. Other things in your car and they tell you they will give you a quote to fix it . This place is a joke And they should close this location down the people are unfriendly so DO NOT TAKE YOURE CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP !!! This place doesn't even deserve a star I had to put one just to leave a review and warn people about this place so that they won't have to go through the hell im dealing with themRight now
