Went to transfer my phone to a newer phone and was charged an activation fee for a line that was already activated. I had to pay 3 fees: Transfer Fee, Activation fee and $5 for something else. Ridiculous $77 to transfer a line from one phone to another.

When you're on the move and suddenly the fone shuts down because you have more than it can handle . It is time to make a visit. Amazing staff assistance and have the exact device I demand . The MBT representative knew exactly what I needed without any explanations???thank you.

What a waste of time; 20 minutes for her to get off the phone then 5 minutes for her to tell lady in front of me she could not pay her bill there...all this time she sees me looking at all of The phones and says nothing until its my turn and 3 of the phones I was willing to buy she said they had none in stock and in fact only had 1 phone period to sell but not until tomorrow. She could have told me they had no phones to sell when she saw me looking at them... That's 30 minuts wasted they I'll NEVER get back and therefore I will NEVER go back there

Gio had horrible customer service, all I needed was a simple sim change. Repeatedly told me he wasn’t a corporate store and for that reason can’t change a SIM card. No type of help, quick to send us off to a different store. I went to Pembroke lakes mall which wasn’t open have him a second chance to help and ignored me as I needed help. Management needs to learn how to offer customer service and not simple work for commission instead of leaving their own customer phoneless in case of emergencies.
