I went here twice to switch over the line on the device the Guy working behind the counter is very rude and his English is horrible he wanted to charge me 48 dollar for this service I agree and then he said couldn’t do it cause he didn’t have internet told me to come back I came back a week later and he still didn’t want to do it he was rude very this time there was a female Also and she was very rude also this place is a mess !!!!!!! Don’t go here at all they want to take your money I went to different location and did it free no cost at all

They never solve anything. The first time I came to change my sim to a phone the representative made fun of the brand of my phone and today. They tell me that they cannot give me the invoice for a cell phone that I bought with them. Terrible service in this store. Not at all friendly

First time at this location went here because people at the Taft St Stire have heavy accents an hard to understand. I was being helped by a young lady who Lupida, at first I felt she was not listening to my concern with my phone and was going to buy a new one because I ran out if memory. I bought a memory card from Taft Street Metro Store and was told by them that they transferred all I had on it and to find out that didn't happen after I got Lupida to look at my phone....I barked at her at first because I felt she wasn't listening to me BUT SHE ENDED Up HELPING ME ALOT and saved me from having to buy a new phone that I really didn't need..THANKS AGAIN Lupida I pore crate Your Help Today!!!!

First time at this location; Louis took great care of me...
He is very knowledgeable and even assisted the young lady working there with her customers at the same time
Being 60, I don't use the phone for much and I let him know the few things I needed it for and I believe he helped me get what I needed and he did not try and pushed me into something I didn't need and to me that shows great work ethics and appreciated! It was also the reason I decided to get a tablet while I was there too... I was on the fence about getting one when I arrived.
He also helped set both the phone and tablet up.
I was extremely happy with the service Louis provided and would recommend anyone to go there and ask for him!!!

This store has the worst help. I like metro but the clerks are not trained properly and no management was there when I was there on a Saturday.

I went there today with a issue about my payment the Spanish clerk behind the counter assumed I wanted my money back from my payment with a very rude attitude the way he approached me was like I was there to rob the place and he told me sorry I can't help you and you need to go to another store to me that's a racist act so I ask to talk to a supervisor he said he was the supervisor WOW that's who metro pcs is hiring that's why I'm leaving if you want racist rude service come to this store if not go somewhere else
