Very bad service, I just went to the store to solve a problem on one of my lines and to exchange 3 phones for new ones and the girl told me that it was closed because it was her lunch time. I asked him what the problem was with my line and he said to call 611. I have had the same problem before and they solved it here in less than 5 minutes. Why don't they specify that in the public schedule? Is that the service that the company offers to its customers? I'm going straight to switching to cricket, as a customer I value the service offered to me and this today was a total disrespect as a customer.

I was treated so badly at the store on Pines Boulevard. Even the manager was rude. Never had such an experience trying to pay a phone bill. I had to call customer Service to get any kind of help.

I went to exchange my phone and the employees working on 12/29/2023 were very aggressive, fast-talking, and rude. The customer service was very poor. Didn't greet me when I walked in the store. Very unhappy with this store. Makes me want to switch to a different phone company.

This morning, around 11 am, I stopped at the Metro PCS store at the address, and a woman attended to me. I asked her if she could help me with the difference between the iPhone and Android because I intended to switch to the iPhone. I inquired if they had iPhones available, and her response was negative with a somewhat rude attitude. I asked if they would be getting more iPhones in stock, and her response remained negative and somewhat harsh.I expressed my confusion about her tone, and she replied that she spoke that way and that if I didn't like it, I could go to another Metro PCS store. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I then requested the name of the manager, and she claimed to be the manager herself. When I asked for her boss's name, she initially mentioned it was a woman but did not provide a name, email, or phone number.Later, another woman who was present in the store asked what happened, and I explained the situation to her. At that moment, when I was talking the matter with her, she threatened to call the police to have me removed from the store. The other woman eventually provided me with the assistance I needed, and at one point, I asked the "Manager" if the police were coming. The one who was assisting me then reassured me not to worry and said she would attend to me.This lady employee mentioned that her manager, Luis, would be returning to the store tomorrow.I have been a customer with Metro for over 10 years, and this is the first time I have felt completely mistreated by this person and her inappropriate customer service behavior. I would really like to speak with the owner if possible. What should I do in this situation? I called 611 and filed a complaint because this should not happen to anyone

9/29/2023 @ 10:49 a.m. - FridayStore: 7960 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, Fl. 33024I simply wanted to document the reason behind why I completely canceled MetroPCS as my service provider. After entering the MetroPCS store this morning, I explained my situation, at length, to a female agent. For the duration of that conversation, about 5 minutes, the "owner/co-worker" (male) did not acknowledge, nor look at me.He decided to join the conversation once he realized that the reason I was there was due to an error made by MetroPCS (MetroPCS has the MOTO G STYLUS 2023 labeled as needing two IMEI codes - it only has one: I even verified directly with Motorola.I entered this specific store, earlier in the week (Monday) to seek help with a possible 'upgrade/discount' on a new phone since I have been a customer for over 20 years. The agent did not seem to understand where I was coming from and did not have any information on any possible deals, so I left and purchased a MOTO G Stylus directly from the motorola website (completely unlocked). I got the phone and tried to make the switch (as advertised by MetroPCS) on their website. Since MetroPCS erroneously has the MOTO G Stylus labeled as needing two IMEI's, it became impossible to do the switch online, or even over the phone - I had spoken with at least 4 different agents during the week (Ian/Uriah/Zed and Micheal): even though they acknowledge that they are incorrect, their advice is for the customer to return the phone to the seller.*******My complaint concering the manager of this store is due to the fact that he was the only manipulative, underhanded and rude person of the bunch. After listening to everything that had happened to me during the course of the week: He runs over to me out of nowhere and begins to shove MetroPCS's version of the MOTO G Stylus in my face, and while visibly upset (no greeting, no nothing)- "What do you see here?", "How many IMEI numbers do you see there?", "Sir, how many IMEI's do you see here..?!?"It became clear that what he wanted was to frustrate me so that I would lose my cool -at which point, he is in the "right", and does not have to deal with me - we all know that game: and I called him out on what he was doing. He literally got stuck on that phrase and proceeded to repeat himself over 10x, repeating the same thing: "You see that ours has two IMEI's....etc.". I had already explained to his co-worker, at length, how many people I talked to and that it was incorrectly labeled in the system. I do not mind his explanation but what I do not understand is why he tried to run me out of the store with his attitude when all he had to do was call MetroPCS support to see if they could help.It seems to me he knew exactly what was happening and did not want to resolve, or deal with it. He tried the whole, "I am noticing that you are being aggressive..." routine, when I advised, "I was done with MetroPCS and that this entire situation is highly unfair", he then stated, "Oh, so you are refusing service, is that what I am hearing..?".Apparently he is a frustrated lawyer, because he really wanted to employ any loop-hole, other than actually picking up the phone and helping me (All previous calls - late at night, to MetroPCS's 24/7 line: I thought, maybe, calling the support center through one of their own agents -might actually help).Eventually, the kind young lady (his coworker) was nice enough to call 'Support', but their advice was for me to return the UNLOCKED fully functioning phone, why? Because THEY haven't updated their system. Anyway, I just wanted to put this out there, because until I walked into the store at 7960 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, Fl. 33024 - I may have actually stayed with MetroPCS.. I literally crossed the street (Cricket) and they connected my brand new MOTO G stylus, in 5 minutes. Peace to MetroPXSPSI still do not understand what the 'managers' point was. "You see ours has 2 IMEI#

The salesman referred to me as love. We are not a corporate store we are a franchise. All metro stores are now Franchises, I wanted buy a new phone. I seen a nice one online for $49.00 . He showed me three cheap phones that he could give me a few dollars off. I asked him about my phone he said it was too old to use. He was not nice and impatient with me. I was glad to leave. I’ll never go back there again.I have been a Metro customer for 14 years, they just don’t care.

Possibly the most unprofessional metropcs one could visit. The employees are given permission by their manager Maria to take customers phone numbers out of their system to text them inappropriate messages after hours that have nothing to do with the service metropcs provides. Melissa was messaging my boyfriend after hours and when I called to confront Melissa about the situation at hand she let me know it was unprofessional and something the company does not allow but Maria allowed her to do so. When I called to speak to the Maria, my phone call was ignored over 20 times. When Maria finally decided to call me back she told me she did not find it to be a problem that her employee was doing this. Are there any professionals left in this Metro?

Last week I had an issue with my iPhone 12 where one of the apps on my phone was acting very strange and I didn't know what the cause of it was, so I came in and right away a worker there named Michelle took care of me and I was very surprised as to how easy it was that she fixed the issue with the app in 1min. All the app needed was a simple update. I was shocked. She walked me through how I should do it next time if I ever have any issues and that made me very happy. I applaud her for taking the time just to fix the smallest thing for me. Her attitude was very professional and nice. There needs to be more like her. She's not the manger, but the way she performed, she should definitely be one. I will come back to her again
