At first, I was very happy with my purchase. They finally disclosed at the end of the transaction that this was considered "Final Sale/No Refunds or Exchanges". At first, I didn't think it would matter, although had they spoken this at the beginning, I might have done the deal & gone to think about it. They say that as a courtesy to the customers, they transfer all the data & assist you with your new device. When I got home, I noticed not all the data I thought would be transferred, was not. I also discovered that the new device was not user friendly at all!! I returned 2 times that evening, & they would not budge on the return & refund, but if I spent more money, they would give me a better phone. I had already spent over $345 & they had no consideration for a senior! One of the sales guys thought that it was too bad I could not remember an old password & that one I had left the store, well, too bad! The assist manager who had been quite nice up to this point, decided she could not help me more & went to another customer who had returned. I left my first return trip warning the customers in the store that they were about to get ripped off & to leave before they were robbed. On my second return trip, I was so upset & disgusted, I just left! And I'm still going to return because I don't like the fact that the original sales kid, though really nice & not telling me about the policy in time, when he went to insert the proprietary SIMS card that came with the tablet they had just talked me into buying, fumbled the SIMS card & it was lost & instead of reaching for a new box, decided it would be just as good to use the card from my old phone & now I'm not crazy with that solution & will be returning for reparations on that fumble! So, readers, their "no yada yada yada" is exactly plenty of yada yada yada! Buyer be very aware! I'll post on wether they did something about giving me a new SIMS card & returning it to my old phone or not. So, for now, go somewhere else even if you have been a good customer of theirs for years! They don't care about the customer, especially after they make their sale!
