The Pharmacy is awful. Your doctor will send a prescription over to them. Send you verification by text. This pharmacy staff can't find it. My doctor has sent numerous prescriptions over. They'll tell me they can't find them. I'll log onto my app. I'll have 3 separate prescriptions of the same medication available for refills. That happens all the time. Every month I know it's going to be a beastly experience at this place. When you go in. They'll tell you. You don't have refills. You have to tell them to flip through to the next page. They're just that sad. Unfortunately with my insurance I have to use CVS because they're in network. If I had my choice. I'd use a small family owned pharmacy. Where they know you. They like they're job. And they love what they do.

Having a schedule appointment to get vaccinated. Very unprofessional made me wait additional 15 minutes while I'm already on a time crunch that's what appointments afor. So much for getting a COVID vaccinated. But bright side I'm vaccinated .

Realized last minute I needed contact solution. Came here for the convenience of being close to my house. I don't come here often due to high prices and the fact that there tends to only be 1 staff member working at a time. Check out line can be quite long sometimes.

Service at the pharmacy for the last few months has been horrible. It takes hours to prescriptions even after you call and they tell you they are goi g to be ready in an hour. I don't know what's going on, every single time they say they are short staffed so they need to get more people working here.

CVS Pharmacy is a chain so there is not much difference between the layouts or product selection of any two stores. What sets this store apart is that every time I come here the service is always great and the things I need are in stock. This place is just reliable. Passport pictures were a breeze here the last time two times I needed them. For the most part the associates here go out of their way to make sure you have good experience.

Convenience, Value and Service? I think not... I called yesterday to make sure that they had prescription ready, which was called in during the morning from the doctors office, however they said they wouldn't have it ready until 4pm. Since I had some plans at night, I didn't get a chance to pick it up. As a result I went the next day and waited for a ridiculously long time in the car line with only one car in front of me... as a result I decided to go inside which they had 3 people working behind the counter and only one person in line. I gave my information and they said they are still working on it, which means that they never started and are now going to start working on it. As a result, the wait continues... really not sure what's going on behind the counter... but it doesn't seem right... While waiting another customer came up and ask to pick up his prescription... they said they had to order it so it wouldn't be ready today... he stated he was there yesterday... you think someone would have called him to notify him when it would be ready so he wouldn't waste his time... Definitely seems that management needs to re-evaluate what's going on at this location... At least the guy behind the counter was nice... I'll probably get my prescriptions filled at Publix or somewhere else in the future...

This is the second time I get my prescription filled there and the customer service at the pharmacy has been great! It's difficult to find pharmacists that treat you nicely. Other pharmacies may be open 24/7, but I'd rather come to this pharmacy because of the service.

During All hours of the day there is only one employee at the front of the store. This means if there is 8 people in line you have to wait in an 8 person check out line. When it gets pretty busy during peak hours it can take 20-30mins standing in line to pay for your items. The bathroom is a complete unsanitary disaster there was urine all over the floor and in the stall there was also feces sitting in the toilet and you guessed it! NO SOAP in the dispenser. Disgusting!

Worst pharmacy ever , they are lazy and always want you to call your insurance company even there's a small issue . Just illiterate, I switched one of my prescriptions back over to Walmart pharmacy since there was such a big issue and Walmart told me exactly what was wrong and fixed everything for me . Save your time and go to another pharmacy because they will not go out of there way to do something there job requires

The staff is always pretty friendly but like the other comment mentioned, sometimes they only have one person checking people out and it takes a while to pay.

Other than the occasional single cashier during peak times, I have had no issues with this CVS. The address is incorrectly listed as Hollywood. It's actually part of Pines. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful, plus it's the only nearby CVS that carries an assortment of vitamin water zero.
