A great place for speciality food one desires to eat and pay a premium price for. Sales do exist but the prices are still up there. I believe the quality is superior beyond the "red" meat choices which are plentiful. Good desserts. Good friendly service. And a reward program that is just a slight perk. It's worth (for me) going there from time to time for certain items (to save from cooking). You'll never be disappointed. All their stuff is good.

Wow!!! First time here today and I had the BEST customer service ever!!! Daniel was very helpful. I came here today for chicken breast but ended up leaving with more good stuff and free dinner and free skillet, and dessert.!!! ?Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and for your patience as Daniel walked me through all you have to offer in this location. And he even helped me bring the bags to my car.Every business should have people like you guys. Happy and proud of their business.I will come back very often!Thank you!!!God bless you!Massiel

Ehh! Store experience is shady. We already know portions are small, but I like to go see what looks better or not person. The lady opens a few boxes to show us the sides; wasn’t impressed. They shouldn’t have a store front to openly come in, if that’s not how they want to serve their customers. It should be by appointment only. They should have all the foods they have available in an open display so customers can see what they’re buying. Otherwise it all just feels like a huge rip off!

I have been coming to this location for two years already, I thought that I left a review a while ago but I may be wrong... or Yelp is deleting some reviews since I had the same filling on a different place a week ago.Since the very first time I came here Theodosia was super friendly, helpful and charismatic. The quality of the meat is very high, at least on the Private Reserve level. Since this place is about one hour roundtrip for me I took a pause during the COVID nightmare to realize that a bunch of points were expired. I called costumer services and they were so nice to restore my expired points!Then I had another issue with the rewards program and call in the store, spoke to Theo and she took a week but came back with a satisfactory solution. Talking about costumer services I have also interacted with Daniel S. and he is a very attentive man.Overall I like the quality of the products, the costumer services and the back up from headquarters when something goes wrong.

I have received gift card from the company so I came to the store to use it.A lot of people speak very highly of Omaha Steaks and I was excited to try.I bought sirloin tips and meatball. They were pricy but if it has good quality I am willing to pay premium.The sirloin tips was so so. It wasn't bad and not so special.However, the meatball was pretty bad. One box of meatball comes with 12 meatballs and it is twenty dollar.The meatball contains very hard object. I do not think it is a bone piece but it seems like cartridge or some other hard part of beef.While I was eating I had this hard object on every other meatball. My wife had same experience.Some of them was really hard and I could chew it off but had to to spit out.I was very disappointed with the quality and I would not recommend to others.
