Worst Audi dealer I've been to. The sales department is awful, the reps are not helpful and prices are way overpriced. Agreements are not straightforward and turning in an Audi is a hassle. The service department is the only good part.

I've never had such a poor experience at a car dealership, and I certainly in a million years never would've expected this from Audi.We walked in, asked the receptionist for a salesman, were told they were busy today, and to have a seat and that they had coffee in the waiting area, and she called for the next available salesperson over the intercom. I thought it was strange they didn't take our name or had a waiting list, or some other visible reassurance that they knew we in line, especially since there are so many different seating areas in the showroom. My suspicion was confirmed, when after an hour and a half, no salesperson came to us, and there was a different receptionist who was also pointlessly calling salespeople on the intercom when new customers came by. I can't tell for sure, but I think the next people I saw getting helped arrived after us.I completely understand that I'll have to wait if the place is short staffed, but the lack of reassurance that they knew we were still there and that they kept track of whose turn it was, especially after such a long wait, is despicable customer service.The coffee was nice though.

This is by far my favorite Audi dealership. Fort Lauderdale's is so close to my place of employment but I would rather be late and go to Pembroke Pines 100% of the time. DJ in the service department is amazing. Always super friendly and welcoming. Justin B. is my go to mechanic. He takes his time and explains why everything is needed or recommended. I've camped out in the waiting room while they were servicing my vehicle and everyone in there is friendly and always quick to ask if you need anything. It doesn't hurt that they have great snacks too. If you're looking for a new Audi or need service go to the Pembroke Pines location.

Bunch of Racist !!!! Came here shopping for a car communicated my budget & they just could not be bothered. The vibe was so off & uncomfortable it's unreal, at first I thought I was imagining things but I was right. Not unless you are Caucasian don't even bother

Horrible Customer Service. I bought a etron 1 year and a half ago and ever since then it's been nothing but problematic. I've been in service 7 times for different things like electrical malfunction and my back up camera now working and worst of all my car broke down in the middle of the highway leaving me stranded. I got into a car crash because I was backing up and the camera was not working.I do not recommend Audi now I can't get out of the car because I'm 25.000 dollars upside down. And the people at the service are so rude and said no thing is wrong with my car and I've taken videos and photos so now I'm doing a class action lawsuit against them because I have a clear driving record and now I got a insurance claim and my insurance went up by alot. This car has only caused me chaos from the start.

They had a used car listed online that I was interested in as a fun, 2nd vehicle. It is listed in multiple places including Auto Trader and their own website. I guess that I should have called first, but since it's listed I assumed that it was available to look at. Don't think that's too huge of an expectation. If you don't have it to look at, don't list it. Went to the dealership, which was a significant drive, only to be told that they are working on it, can't look at it because it's not on the lot yet and will be available to view in a few days. How about when it's actually available, then list it? In all fairness, the sales guy was very pleasant, he was just the middle man. Thanks for wasting my time Audi of Pembroke Pines.

Soy clientes de Audi desde hace mas de 20 años , mi esposa es cliente de Volvo hace 15 años. En dias pasados recibimos de Audi unas emails donde nos informaban de unas promociones que teniamos por ser clientes continuos de ellos, dio la casualidad que el lease de nuestro Volvo esta por vencerce y aprovechamos la oportunidad para ir a Audi y ver la posibilidad de cambiar la camioneta XC90 Volvo y hacer un lease de una Q5,Audi, pedimos un vendedor de habla Hispana el cual nos dijo que esas promociones no eran del todo cierto a pesar de ver el email que nos habian enviado ya que deberiamos leer la letra pequena muy bien y entenderla,, desafortunadamente dimos con un vendedor muy petulante que segun el se las sabia todas y nos dio a entender con su prepotencia que no les interesaba la compra , En resumidas cuentas estamos estrenando la nueva XC90 ve Volvo " Lo que hace un mal vendedor que se cree el mejor vendedor"

Had a very frustrating recent visit to do my service when they. This is the second car I've purchased from this group. The other being a BMW. I'm having many of the same service issues I had all over again. The undercarriage of my car came off since the screw wasn't holding in place. They said this isn't covered under warranty (which I don't get since I don't know what I could do driving to damage that). They charged me a large amount to fix that. I came in with tires that were only 6 months old and they told me I needed all new tires. They also said my breaks and break pads were needing to be replaced. When I came into service my breaks weren't making any noise, when I left they were squeaking every time I put my foot even lightly on the breaks.The worst part is they keep saying I don't have a warranty cause I'm now over 50K miles (barely) but I bought and extended warranty from them that covers the cat another 25K miles. They never can find it in the system even though I purchased it through them. Incredibly disappointing. Will likely get the car serviced elsewhere and not purchase from here ever again.

This was such a seamless buying experience, that it still feels unreal. Like most people, I'm used to going to a dealership and immediately being bombarded by salespeople and the pressure to purchase a car is ON from the moment you get there. It was so different here at Audi; our sales representative Kyle was so friendly and informative from the jump without feeling that immense pressure. We were out of there in only a few short hours and did not spend our whole day there. It was such a good experience, I will recommend this dealership to everyone.

Thank u Gus! Autonation screwed up the body repairs, etc on my Q5 and those amazing folks at Audi, found all the flaws and her back and working .
