Above all else, they work extremely hard for each customer and ensure that the customer gets the medications they need in a timely fashion. Yvette at the front knows each of us by name and is so kind and helpful.
Steven is also extremely caring and knowledgeable . When my daughter was really sick, he went out of his way to personally help me get the antibiotic fast so she could start it right away as instructed by her doctor. Thank you so much. Will continue to use this pharmacy and recommend”

“I placed an order at this publix location and they misplaced my order. I left the store disappointed. 15 minutes later, I received a call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience. He told me they were going to get my order ready and the manager himself delivered my order 40 minutes later! Wow truly amazing!

“Regular prices are a bit expensive. Product selection is excellent. BOGO selection is excellent. I intend to start shopping at Publix more often. Deli selection is excellent. In the bread and bakery department I would prefer to see whole wheat products. The whole store was immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and greeted me right away. Self checkout was very user friendly.”

“I use to receive medication from other Pharmacies. However, there were always problems. Memorial West Pharmacy service is excellent. The staff is always polite, extremely professional & quick to be helpful to me in person & on the telephone.”
“I recently had such a great experience with the Trust Pharmacy in Pembroke Pines, that I really want to share it. I was having great difficulty in finding a pharmacy that had my prescription medication in stock due to a nationwide shortage. Finding a location that took my insurance was tough but I was so lucky to find trust pharmacy. The staff, Frescia in particular took the time for three days in a row to call my providers office, check availability of the medication at all of their stores everywhere local on my behalf and finally found the medication I needed. The staff overall was very nice, sympathetic and understanding. I am really grateful to all of them but especially to frescia, who stayed dedicated and was able to find the medication for me. Thanks to all other staff and frescia who go out of their way and beyond their call of duty to serve the customer. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thanks a million”

“I can’t say enough good things about Publix Pharmacy, especially George and Noel. They have been absolutely amazing every step of the way. From helping transfer my prescriptions smoothly to finding applicable discount cards to make my medications more affordable, they truly went above and beyond my expectations.
They also helped contact my insurance company whenever there were issues that needed to be resolved, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. The entire team is courteous, professional, and always makes me feel like family when I’m there.
I even joked with them that hopefully I won’t be seeing them as often because I’m trying to get healthier and get off these medications, and we all had a good laugh.
For what it’s worth, this is a phenomenal pharmacy with a truly caring team. Highly recommend!”

Their camara wasn't working so she was able to use our cellphones to take the photos and upload them to their system which we were so grateful since it was last minute otherwise we would of had to elsewhere. She went above and beyond ! Hope this review reaches her. Will definitely be back for other photo needs thanks to her customer service.”
