The best customer service around. Definitely a neighborhood feel, and they are efficient. When you call them, they answer & are helpful. I will never forget how kind they were about figuring out a breast pump rental- and even saved me the hassle of getting it all the way back to another location when I was freshly postpartum. I’ve been meaning to write this review for years. If they don’t have what you need, they help you find a solution. I purchase things from them instead of Amazon, because of this customer service. Such a gem in our community.

What a refreshing change from CVS, Walgreens and Publix. Excellent customer service. They actually seem happy to help. They have the meds that the others always are out of or don’t stock. They also carry a variety of products that are useful and hard to find. Reminds me of the neighborhood drug stores that existed when I was a kid. Before they all became so corporate.

Friendly, helpful customer service and very reasonable prices. Chad (owner) is kind and compassionate. He was able to expedite delivery of a lift chair for my father who was being discharged from the hospital with multiple rib and shoulder fractures. The gentlemen who delivered the chair (Eric and John) were also very kind and went above and beyond to ensure it was properly set up where we needed it. Will definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of medical supplies/equipment.
