⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 Stars) — Publix Super Market at Pines City Center (#1598)
Publix is usually my go-to when I want a delicious sub. But today the new deli assembly system caused a long delay, and no one acknowledged customers waiting in line. Even the employees said the new process needs improvement.
I’m still a loyal Publix shopper — just hoping management rethinks how the deli line flows. I’ll definitely return, but will avoid peak deli times for now.

Today about 10am I came in 7 months pregnant, and it was my first time using WIC. Honestly, I felt overwhelmed because I’ve never had food assistance before, but with the way the economy is, it’s truly a blessing. The cashier, Sofia, was absolutely amazing! She took the time to help me understand which items were covered, and even rang up each category in a separate transaction to make sure everything went through correctly. Her customer service was unmatched the best I’ve experienced in years. I’m extremely thankful, and she truly made shopping a pleasure.

I genuinely enjoy coming to this Publix. I live right next door so it’s conveniently placed and always kept so clean inside and out. There are always sanitation wipes available when I’m grabbing my hand basket.
A special shoutout to Nelson!! He brightens my day every time I interact with him in the store. He’s efficient, humorous, and kind. He’ll double check the pricing on products to make sure you’re getting the best deals/promotions. If a product is discontinued he’ll recommend an alternative. Simple, yet effective customer service.

My husband and I have been living in this neighborhood for five years, and we shop at this Publix almost every day. Many of the employees here know us well, which is why what happened recently with the store manager, Martín, was shocking and unacceptable. He falsely accused my husband of stealing in front of everyone, humiliating him in public. But when the police arrived and we asked for proof, he completely denied ever making the accusation, even though he clearly did. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it is dishonest and deeply disrespectful. After years of loyalty to this store, we never expected to be treated this way. Publix needs to take action, because no customer should ever go through such an experience.

This Publix should take accountability for how their employees treat people. Accusing a loyal costumer of stealing in front of everyone is absurd and not only that the manager denied everything once the cops arrived. This is so unprofessional, no costumer should ever experience this.
