Pharmacy department is horrible! This is the second and last time I get my prescription filled there. Rx is never ready no matter how long ago the doctor called it in. Staff is unpleasant. I loved my Publix on flamingo Rd and sr 84

It's clean.
It's well organized.I'm just not liking the parking lot.
I do not feel safe in the parking lot anymore.I've been approached by strangers too many times. So it just makes me feel uneasy.

I like this Publix, but I''ve noticed there is a price difference between a lot of the stuff in Publix and Walmart. Walmart is less expensive.

BARBARA the “assistant” is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. By far the worst experience as a consumer but also as a pilar in this community. I asked Barbara to clarify a Publix policy, and asked a follow up question and she replied with “OH MY GOSH” and sucked her teeth. The treatment she displayed toward a me, other customer and her own associates undermining their intelligence and integrity. Publix values are aligned with individuals that value diversity, inclusion, and community. Barbara do not display this value, and should not be in any leadership position.

Publix pharmacy at this location was the worse. I was trying to get a prescription and the guy who attended me could care less in helping me. Shopping was not pleasure. Maybe if you spent less time joking and playing around with the pharmacist. You could have better helped me.
