The deli dept needs to do better. Sub orders are never ready on time, orders are always incomplete or incorrect and the overall customer service is terrible. The staff is always annoyed and unprofessional.

The Deli staff at this Publix are insufferable. Ordered a sandwich for a 12:25 pickup, showed up at 12:35 and they hadn't started preparing. 40min isn't enough time to make a club? Had to skip lunch and nearly missed a meeting. What's the point of online orders if the staff ignores them? Don't pay for them in advance because then getting a refund is an issue.

The worst deli- placed a paid sub order online at 2:30. Pick up time 3:30. Arrive at 4 and find it’s not made. Asked about the sub and was told the chicken tenders are still cooking. No concern, no rush. No attention given. Spent 20 more minutes waiting for the chicken tenders, left with just the tenders no sandwich. Had to take more time to request a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with sub orders here. Horrible customer service.

Very bad customer service and lack of professionalism, especially Magdalena. If you want to be treated poorly for no reason while out for a grocery run then come here.

This Publix remains undefeated as it relates to poor customer service and selling of expired or soiled products.
The lack of professional from that team probably steams from the fact that Teresa the “customer service manager” has no professional of her own.
Honestly - take the drive and go to the one in Miramar. Publix on Silver Lakes just gets worse and worse.

I like this Publix, BUT a few things:
1) Majority of the employees are nice, But Shelly or Sherry is NOT polite at all. She often looks grumpy, and Sneers as if she's a disgruntled employee. Perhaps she Shouldn't be into customer service, and ESPECIALLY NOT at the customer service desk, because she Certainly doesn't possess more display That (Good customer service). Her attitude is actually a bit deplorable. I've heard this from multiple people -And this has been this way for multiple Years! No one wants to go somewhere in which they feel uncomfortable - Especially Not to Shop!
2) Fruit spoils Quickly, quicker than usual. I've witnessed more than one person complain about this. While it may be because of weather, it could also be vendors, or perhaps certain produce in Not on season. I do understand that this is somewhat Out of the store's associates' control.
3) The food in the HOT case at the deli doesn't always look Fresh. It's Most often Burned and DRY!! NOT Good. Other Publix locations have MUCH More Appetizing items/food.

I used to work for Publix, so I know they have a policy to refund you the cost of an item if they charge you the incorrect amount. This Publix did not honor that. They incorrectly had a price marked and they just amended the price to reflect the difference. Which is fine, but when I asked about it the employee/manager at customer service said they only do that when you are buying multiple of the same product. Which I know is incorrect. But overall a fan of Publix just not this location due to incorrect honoring of Publix policy.

4.5 I like the staff and the green shirts!! All The workers were very friendly and supportive. Liked the healthy selection of produce organic or non organic. I'm visiting from New Jersey and I 'm Very Surprised at How High the food prices were.?

Best Publix! Employees are super nice. Ritchie is very friendly, makes the subs exactly how you order them and is quick. Patricia in the bakery is also very pleasant and so helpful.
