They don’t have consideration with the Children, have same process and procedures that to adults and the consequence is a bad experience and the trauma for whole life

Scheduling on their app is extremely easy, I showed up, open my text message I received from them and checked in. They came out a few minutes later, the technician was friendly. They took all the samples in a few minutes and I was out the door. I got my blood test done on Friday and I got results popping up already on Saturday into the app on my phone. Absolutely quick, easy and outstanding.

Efficient friendly service and i didnt even feel the needle! I usually go to a different quest center but I was pleasantly surprised.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Some people got stuck on the check-in kiosks and someone was very quick to help them out and move them along. My technician was also very friendly and made the experience as nice as could be when getting stuck with a needle.

Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs.
I wish I could give zero stars. The staff actively ignore people who try to ask a question, and get upset at people who have trouble with the kiosk. No receptionist.
I COULD CLEARLY SEE PEOPLE GETTING THEIR BLOOD DRAWN FROM THE WAITING ROOM AND SEE THE COMPUTER SCREEN WITH ALL THEIR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.
The lobby is packed as tight as a budget airline flight.
I would NEVER use Quest again if my insurance didn’t require it.

I see so many bad reviews here and I’m not sure if it’s from the same location or I’m just lucky. Every time I come here I actually have a great experience. Today once again, I even checked in from my phone (much easier), I wait 2 minutes the most for me to be called. The person who took care of me was nice, friendly and made the whole process very smooth and fast. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Customer service is lacking. My mom went there to get labs drawn. She had a scheduled appointment. Everything is done via SMART phone or the kiosk and my mom had difficulty with the smart phone. The staff were inpatient, dismissive and rude.

Worst place in the world. They don’t even deserve even 1 start.
For drop of also take an appointment, else wait in line for 2 hrs. They never have next day appointment. Coz they are lazy. No wonder they have so many ppl give 1 start review. Coz they make ppl like misrable

It would be an understatement to say these vampires sucked me dry! 😢 I’ve been to many locations and this one was a first because I needed the appointment quickly before a procedure, but to have needed two different phlebotomists to take a try three different times was almost unbearable. Clearly, more training is needed! I got there at noon and left close to 2 p.m. I’m not going back.

Question Diagnostics has evolved tremendously. The process was smooth. You check-in and a monitor in the waiting room indicates you are already registered. Patients who have an appointment go first.
The whole experience lasted 20 min!!!
